On Sunday, January 25, 2015, at 3:45 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a Residential Burglary. Victim advised deputies that sometime between April 1, 2014 and January 3, 2015, an unknown suspect(s) entered the shed at location and removed various household goods from the property. Nothing at location was damaged.

Charges: Possession of Controlled Substance
Detention officers conducted a cell search at the above location after the inmate housed in the cell was behaving abnormal. Two orange film like substance that appeared to be Suboxone was found on top of the desk. The above subject was rebooked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Location: State Road 14 mile marker 43, Santa Fe, NM 87508(Santa Fe area)
Arrested: Victor Moreno-Guizer, 33 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
On Saturday January 24, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputy Cullison was traveling on State Road 14 when he observed a vehicle unable to maintain a single lane of travel. A traffic stop was conducted at which time contact was made with the above listed driver. The driver had his minor son with him in the vehicle. An odor of alcoholic beverages was detected. The driver was given SFST's at which time sings of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest. The drivers son was picked up by his mother. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Roman Martinez, 30 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87567
On Saturday January 24, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on State Road 76 in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated after an argument with her boyfriend, her boyfriend began pushing and striking her. The victim attempted to call 911 at which time the suspect forcibly stopped her from calling 911. Victim showed signs of a battery consistant with her statements. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reports that the above vehicle was taken without permission at the above location on January 16, 2015. The vehicle was entered into the National Crime Information Center as stolen. Case still pending further investigation.

The above subject was stopped for failure to dim his highbeams (Headlights) at the above location. It was discovered that the above subjects drivers license is revoked as a result of a previous DWI. The driver could not produce valid insurance at the time of the stop as well. The driver was charged and booked accordingly on the above stated charges. The drivers vehicle was also seized pursuant to SFC ordinance 2006-5

Arrested: Agustin Murillo - age 57, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were dispatched to a reported reckless driver on NM 14 and they located a vehicle in the area matching the description. The vehicle was parked on the left side of the roadway and the driver was passed out behind the wheel. The driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. The driver refused a breath test and was booked into ADC.

Victim reports unknown person gained unlawful forced entry into a shed at the above location. Once inside the shed the above item was taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Juan Armendariz, 49 years of age, Santa Fe, NM 87505
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a possible intoxicated driver. Upon contact with the driver, the handleing deputy smelled an odor of an intoxicating liquor emitting from from the drivers expelled breath. The driver admitted to consuming alcohol prior to operating his motor vehicle and showed sign of impairment. The drive refused any chemical/breath tests or blood draw. The driver was placed under arrest for DWI and his vehicle was seized under SFC Ordinance 2006-5. The above driver was charged and booked accordingly.
