The above driver was stopped for speeding on 2/21/15 at about 11:09pm and exhibited signs of impairment. He was arrested for DWI and he refused to submit to a breath test. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

On Saturday, February 21, 2015 at 1:05 PM Suspects 1 - 3 gained entry to a residence at the location by forcing open the front door, damaging the door and door frame. Once entry was gained Suspects 1 - 3 removed two TVs from the residence. One of the suspects pointed an unknown type handgun at victim. The residence was unoccuppied at the time of this incident. Victim #2 came upon this incident while it was in progress. At 1:38 PM the suspects were located in the vehicle traveling north on US Highway 84/285 at Mile Marker 175. Suspect #1 refused to bring the vehicle to a stop and a pursuit ensued. At the intersection of Riverside Drive and State Road 76 (Espanola), Suspect #1 brought the vehicle to a stop and the three suspects attempted to flee on foot. Suspects #1 and #2 were taken into custody. Suspect #3 did flee on foot. Both TVs were recovered from the vehicle. Suspects #1 and #2 were also found to have valid Arrest Warrants issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court. The handgun has not been located at this time.

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. The above suspect admitted to striking her boyfriend in the left eye with a closed fist after she found him talking to another girl. The victim sustained a small laceration over his eye and was transported to the hospital for his injuriy and his level of intoxication. The above subject was charged accordingly and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Thursday February 19, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Bisbee Lane in reference to an attempted larceny. Contact was made with the complainant who stated multiple gas cans had been stolen from his property in the past. The complainant stated a suspicious vehicle was on his property and the vehicle had several of the complainants stolen gas cans. The complainant stated he believed suspect(s) were attempting to take gasoline from his property. The complainant further stated that suspect(s) cut a through his fence. This case remains under investigation.

On Wednesday February 18, 2015 Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on Feather Road in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated between 7:00 am and 3:00 pm on todays date unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took an electronic device from the home and miscellaneous jewelry from within the home. This case remains under investigation.
