Deputies responded to the above location in refrence to a residential burglary. It was reported that unknown person(s) entered the residence unlawfully by force and stole elrctronic equipment. The times of occurance were between 10:00pm on 01-21-2015 to 7:00pm on 01-22-2015. This case is currently under investigation

On Thursday, January 22, 2015 at 5:34 PM, Deputies responded to location in reference to a burglary. Unknown suspect(s) forced entry into the building by breaking the lock and removed various computer equipment and tools between Tuesday, January 20, 2015 and Thursday, January 22, 2015. Damage was caused to the doors and a fence at the location.

Location: Camino La Tierra under the State Road 599 Overpass, Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Leland J. Pascual, 21, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Resisting or Obstructing an Officer
On Wednesday, January 31, 2015 at 1:01 AM the suspect was walking north at the location pushing a bicycle. The suspect refused commands to stop and then further commands to assume a search position. The suspect was then taken to the ground where he continued to resist attempts to handcuff him.. multiple Taser Warnings were given and the suspect continued to resist being put into a handcuffing position. The Taser was subsequently deployed and the suspect was struck with both probes. The suspect was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where he was found to have sustained no other injuries then the puncture wounds from the probes.

Arrested: Kaylin Cannon 23 yoa female (Santa Fe)
Deputies were flagged down in the El Dorado area in reference to the suspect's driving. Suspect was located and found to be intoxicated. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Suspect was arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing. Suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Arrested: Eric Purley 37 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Suspected was located in a vehicle where he was asleep. Suspect smelled strongly of an alcoholic beverage but refused to conduct field sobriety tests. Suspect was arrested and submitted to breath testing which revealed a .26 brac. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: 6400 Block of Cypress St. (Santa Fe NM)
Victim at about 6:50 p.m. reported while attempting to deliver pizza in the above listed area, two males approached him while armed with a handgun. The two males demanded his money, cell phone, and also stole the pizza he was trying to deliver. Suspect identification is pending further investigation, which is on-going.

Location: 131 Peak Place Mobile Home Park, Santa Fe, NM 87506 (Tesuque area)
Arrested: Jimmy Chavez 51 years old Santa Fe NM 87506
On Monday January 20, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to the area of 131 Peak Place Mobile Home Park in reference to a reported domestic dispute. Contact was made with the victim who reported after an argument with her boyfriend the aboe lsited suspect armed himself with a deadly weapon and threatened to strike her with it. The suspect was interviewed by denied the allegations. The suspect was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between November 2014 and January 19th, someone forced entry into his home and stole a stereo and various coins. No suspects or witnesses were known at the time of report.

Stolen: Skil Power Drill, and Craftsman Power Drill estimated value: $150.00
Victim reports that unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into two travel trailers sometime between January 16, 2015 at 3:30pm and January 17, 2015 at 9:30am. Once inside the trailers the above items were taken. A front window on one trailer was also shattered. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: 20 Buffalo Thunder Trl. (Buffalo Thunder Resort/Casino) Santa Fe, NM 87506
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a purse being stolen. The victim advised while she was at a gaming machine, she had her purse on the back of her chair. When she left the machine, her purse was gone. The victim called her credit card company to cancel the card and found it had been used at several different gas stations and retail stores. This case is currently under investigation.
