Arrested: Jeremy Martinez, 41 years old Santa Fe, NM 87522
On January 12, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies were patrolling the area of Santa Cruz Dam Road at approximately 11:53 p.m. During the patrol a suspicious vehicle was observed in the area. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at which time contact was made with the above listed driver. A drivers license check showed the driver was operating a motor vehicle while his driving privileges were revoked. The driver was placed under arrest without incident and transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

On Sunday January 11, 2015 Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responded to an address on State Road 106 in reference to a reported burglary. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies arrived and made contact with the victim who stated that between the hours of 7:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. suspects gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took the vicitms purse with various contents. Evidence was collected from the scene. This case remains under investigation.

On Monday January 12, 2015 at approximately 1:30 a.m. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies responed to the area of Cities of Gold Road in reference to a reported assault. Santa Fe Sheriff's Deputies arrived on scene and made contact with the victim who stated as he was leaving the area several suspects attempted to fight with him. During this time another suspect pointed a rifle at the suspect. The suspect then entered a vehicle and left the area at a high rate of speed. This case remains under investigation.

On Sunday, January 11, 2015 at 2:59 PM, Deputies responded to an unresponsive male. Male had not been in touch with friends since yesterday and friends had found him unresponsive. The Office of the Medical Examiner was notified and responded to the scene. There was no indications of foul play. Next of kin has been notified.

Charges: Battery on a Household Member, and Interference with Communications
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a 911 hang up. Upon Deputies arrival it was found that the above suspect had gotten into a verbal altercation with his parents. Victim stated the suspect grabbed him by the neck and threw him to the ground. An attempt to call 911 was unsuccessful when the suspect pulled the phone wiring out of the wall during the 911 call. The above suspect was arrested and booked on the above charges without further incident.

Charges: Battery on a Household member, and service of documents
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute at the above location. Victim reports boyfriend the above subject pushed, grabbed her neck, and hit her approximately 5 times on the head after an arguement. Suspect was arrested for the battery against a household member and found to have an outstanding warrant out of Lincoln County for another charge. He was booked and charged accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

On Saturday, January 10, 2015 at 2:14 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle southeast at the location when he went through the intersection and struck a dirt embankment. The suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.

The suspect was also unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater.
