Victim reported on the above date the victim reported his 2011 Mini cooper was burglarized while parked at her residence. The burglary occurred between June 10, 2014 at approximately 8:45 p.m. and June 11, 2014 7:15 a.m. The unknown suspect(s) entered the vehicle by breaking the passenger side window and stole the above listed items.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $2500.00

On Wednesday, June 11, 2014 at 12:49 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect picked the victim up and struck her head against a metal pole. The suspect then fled the area in the vehicle. The victim was treated at the scene for a raised contusion to the back of her head and declined any further medical attention. The suspect was located a short time later in the vehicle by the Santa Fe Police Department. The suspect was found to be in possession of suspected marijuana along with a grinder and digital scales.

Between November 2013 and June 2014 an unknown person assumed the identity of the victim. Once this was done the unknown person opened a credit card account and filed a tax return with the Internal Revenue Service utilizing the victim's personal information.

Victim reported today his son the suspect had assaulted him and threatned to kill him this date.
Victim also advised his son was released on conditions of release for a prior assault.
Victim also reported on Sunday June 8th, 2014 suspect had attempted to strike him with a sledgehammer. Suspect was located inside the victim's residence in violation of the conditions of his release, where he was arrested. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center accordingly.

On Monday, June 9, 2014 at 6:38 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location at 87 Miles Per Hour in a posted 55 Mile Per Hour Zone. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater. The suspect was also in possession of two open bottles of Yukon Jack Whiskey. The vehicle was seized pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.

Charges: Auto Burglary, Contributing to the Delinquency of a Minor, Larceny, and Injuring and Tampering with Motor Vehicle
Deputies responded to the above location at approximately 12:56 am in reference to a burglary in progress. Deputies observed two male subjects leaving the area pulling a wagon with property in it. Contact was made with the subjects and discovered they had gained unlawful entry into several vehicles in the area. The property in the wagon was the property stolen. JPO authorized incarceration for the Juvenile. Both suspects were arrested and booked accordingly without further incident. Case still pending further investigation.

Charges: Possession of alcoholic beverages by minor, Possesion of Controlled substance, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia, Headlamps on Motor Vehicle
Deputy observed traveling southbound on NM 599 a Black in color Mitsubishi Lancer with one headlamp inoperable. A traffic stop was conducted on the vehicle at the above location. Upon contact with the driver it was found the driver had an outstanding warrant. Incident to arrest an inventory of the vehicle was conducted. Found in the vehicle was a green leafy substance, a glass pipe, and an 18 pack of Corona bottles unopened. Driver was booked and charged accordingly on the above charges without further incident.
