Deputies responded to the above location in regards to loud music. Upon arrival, the deputies encountered the above stated suspect. Deputies found the suspect to be intoxicated, no complying with verbal commands, and yelling (To include profanities) in public. The Deputies attempted to get him inside a relatives home but he came back out and began yelling and being beligerent again. The above suspect was charged and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention facility on the above charge.

On today's date, deputies responded to the above address in refrence to a domestic disturbance. The investigation revealed a verbal altercation ensued between husband and wife and the altercation became physical. Signs or battery were located at the scene, the victim was unable to call law enforcement due to the suspect taking the phone away and damaging the phone in the process. The suspect was subsequently arrested and booked on the above stated charges and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult detention facility without incident.

Victim stated between December 31, 2014 and January 01, 2015 suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took a purse with various contents include a credit card that was fraudulently used after the burglary. This case remains under investigation.
