Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. The investigation concluded that Mr. Randy Lucero struck his girlfriend on the head with a bottle, causing lacerations. She was transported to St. Vincent's Hospital for treatment and Mr. Lucero fled the area. An arrest warrant was obtained for Mr. Lucero.

On 12/22/13 deputy conducted a traffic stop on a silver in color Jeep on Airport Road in which driver could not maintain his lane of travel. A driver's license inquiry was conducted on the driver/suspect in which it was learned that he had a warrant out of Montgomery County in the State of Texas for Aggregate Theft by Check. Suspect was arrested and charged with Fugitive from Justice and served the warrant. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12/22/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 12/1/13 at 9:30 a.m. and 12/22/13 at 3:15 p.m. unknown persons gained entry into his garage. Victim stated that unknown persons damaged his garage door. Victim stated that unknown persons stole 20 rifles and a chainsaw. Estimated value of items taken is $20,800.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

The above driver was stopped for failure to stop at a stop sign. Upon contact with the driver, he exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI. He submitted to a breath test and the result was .15 BrAC. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

On 12/21/13 deputies arrived at the above location in reference to a disorderly conduct. Contact was made with the complainant who stated that she did not want her son at the residence due to being under the influence of drugs. Suspect then approached a deputy, pointed his finger at deputy's chest and then flicked his finger on deputy's nose. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim stated that between 12/20/13 at 4:00 p.m. and 12/21/13 at 11:00 a.m. unknown persons gained entry into her shed and stole 24 Satellite Receivers. Victim stated that unknown persons also stole a 16 foot ladder. Estimated value of items taken is $5000.00.
