Location: Interstated 25 Mile Marker 273, Santa Fe, NM, 87507
On Sunday July 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy Deputies responded to the area of Interstate 25 mile marker 273 in reference to a reported reckless driver. Santa Fe RECC (Regional Emergency Communication Center) advised they recieved multiple calls on the red in color BMW. Santa Fe Sheriffs Deputies observed the vehicle traveling northbound on Interstate 25. Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy R. Arndt was traveling southbound. Deputy Arndt was able to turn around further up the road and eventually located the vehicle on the shoulder lane of Interstate 25. Contact was made with the driver, an odor of alcoholic beverages was detected coming from the above lsited drivers breath. SFST's were adminstered, signs of impairment were observed. The above listed driver was placed under arrest. Driver refused chemical testing. A warrant for his blood was drafted and approved. Blood was taken at Christus St. Vincents Hospital, results are pending. Driver was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked accordingly.

Arrested: Anthony Sandoval 55 years old, Santa Fe, NM, 87508
On Sunday July 06, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputy, Cpl. M. Delgado was patrolling the area of Valle Vista when he observed a red in color Toyota traveling in the area. The occupants of the vehicle were acting suspicious. Due to the area being a high burglary area the vehicle was stopped. It was discovered that the driver's operating privileges were revoked with an arrest clause. The driver was arrested accordingly. It was also discovered that the driver had (2) outstanding warrants for his arrest. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Detention Center and booked accordingly.

The victim reported sometime between the hours of 11:00Am to 6:00PM on 07-04-14 someone entered their residence by prying open a window and stole cash froim within the residence.

Arrested: Mariah Wheeler - age 18, Santa Fe, NM
The above driver was involved in a motor vehicle crash and exhibited signs of impairment when deputies made contact with her. She was treated for her injuries at St. Vincent's Hospital and placed under arrest for DUI. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

On July 05, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to an address on Richards Avenue in reference to a reported burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised that sometime betweeen 6:00pm and 8:00pm onJuly 16, 2014 unknown suspect(s) gained entry into the victims vehicle. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took important documents from within the victims vehicle. This case remains under investigation.

Deputies made contact with the driver on a traffic stop, who admitted to drinking 6 Bud Light beers and was administered SFST's. Driver showed signs of impairment and was arrested. Driver had a breath alcohol content of .12 .13. Driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident. Driver's vehicle was seized per county ordinance.

Victim reported to Deputy that while traveling on US 84/285, he and the suspect were involved in an arguement. Victim stated the suspect kicked the windshield to the victim's car and broke the glass. Suspect was arrested and taken to jail.
