On January 08, 2014, a Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputy observed a vehicle weaving in and out of traffic. The vehicle was stopped at which the the above listed suspect admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. SFST's were administered at which time the driver shown signs of impairment. The driver was arrested without incident. A blood draw was conducted and results are pending. Suspect was booked into Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Victim reported that between December 27, 2013 and January 07 ,2014 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entery into the victims shed. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took various power tools. This case remains under investigation.

The above driver was stopped for operating a vehicle without a license plate light. He exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a blood draw and was booked into the Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that unknown suspects gained unauthorized forced entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained the suspect(s) took electronics from within the home. Witnessed observed a male subject fleeing the area during the time of the burglary. The area was canvassed for the suspect. This case remains under invstigation.

The above suspected was at the Santa Fe County Detention Center on unrelated charges when it was discovered the suspect had an outstanding warrant from Greeley, Colorado. The susoect was charged with fugitive from justice.

On Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 7:40 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location attempting to negotiate a right curve. For reason(s) unknown the suspect lost controol of the vehicle allowing it to leave the roadway on the left side and striking a dirt embankment. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test. Results of the Blood Alcohol Test are pending.

On Tuesday, January 7, 2014 at 7:27 AM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to stop for a red traffic control signal. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed that the suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached. This check also revealed that the vehicle registration expired December 31, 2013. The vehicle was seized pursant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-5.
