On Monday September 1st, 2014 the above subject was stopped by Pojoaque Tribal Police after SFRECC received a phone call that the above suspects vehicle was all over the road. Deputies arrived on scene and the subject smelled heavily of an alcoholic beverage coming from his breath and person. SFST's were conducted and signs of impairment were noted. Suspect was arrested and refused a breath test. Suspect was also found to be in possession of hydrocodone medication without a prescription. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without further incident. Suspects vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County Ordinance, due to this incident being his 2nd DWI.

Runaway: Karissa E. Garcia, 16yoa, 5'4, 135lbs, Brown hair and Brown eyes.
On today's date the above listed juvenile was reported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office as a runaway. The juvenile left the area with a friend willingly between the times of 6:00pm -6:30pm and she was last seen wearing black shirt, black pants (skinny jeans), possibly a blue jacket and wearing gold hoop earrings and white Rosary beads. The Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office is currently investigating this matter.

Arrested: Jessica Ellvinger, 38 YOA, Santa fe, New Mexico
On Sunday August 31, 2014 a traffic stop was intiated on the vehicle the above defendant was operating. The deputy detected an odor of an alcholic beverage emitting from the person of the driver. Field sobriety tests were administered and signs of impairment were noted. Driver was arrested on the above charges and booked accordingly.

Arrested: Duran Roque, 31 YOA, Santa Cruz, NM 87567
The nabove stated driver was observed operating a motor vehicle on public roadway, a traffic stop was intiated and the driver was found to have a suspended license with the arrest clause attached. Vehicle was seized pursuant to SFC Ordinance. Driver was arrested and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facilioty without incident.

On August 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of 2800 State Road 14 in reference to a reported burglary. Deputies arrived and made contact with the complainant who advised Deputies suspect(s) gained unlawful entry into his home. Victim stated nothing was taken from inside the home. Suspect(s) did take the locking mechanism. This case remains under investigation.

Maria aguilar was found in possession of a small amount of Suboxone while incarcerated at the Santa Fe County Jail. She was charged an re-booked for possession of a controlled substance.

Suspect: Kimberly Lawrence Age: 38 Santa Fe
Deputies responded to a domestic dispute and learned that Kimberly Lawrence had threatened a Household Member with a knife as well as battered a Household Member. Lawrence was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen: Perscription pills, 1/8oz of medical Marijuana, 6 bags of meat
Victim reported that sometime around 11:00A.M. and 4:00P.M. and unknown suspect entered his residence threw an unsecure bedroom window. Suspect stole victims pain medications, 6 bags of meat, and an 1/8th oz of medical marijuana.
The above listed items stolen were valued at about $240.00.

On August 29, 2014 Santa Fe Sheriff Deputies responded to the area of Adobe Creek Road in reference to a reported larceny. Contact was made with the victim who advised he suspected a tenant from taking appliances from the home. This case remains under investigation.
