On 12/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 12/15/13 at 8:00 a.m. and 12/18/13 at 10:00 a.m. unknown persons gained entry through a panel in the wall. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a flatscreen TV, misc. jewelry, boots, and a stereo. Estimated value of items stolen is $12,700. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

On 12/20/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Victim stated between 12/19/13 and today unknown persons gained entry into a portable and damaged 2 doors, 6 windows, and the interior/exterior walls. Estimated damage amount is $2,600.00.

Deputies responded to above location after victim reported that four unauthorized transactions were noticed on their account. The transactions were noticed on the bank statement mailed to the residence. Case is under investigation.

Charged: Possession of a controlled substance to wit: Heroin, Possession of Drug Paraphernalia
On 12/19/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a narcotics violation. Complainant stated that a customer advised them of a peculiar odor coming from the womens restroom. Security stated that they made contact with the female who admitted to smoking heroin. Suspect admitted to having heroin in her possession along with drug paraphernalia. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 12-18-13 someone pushed over a 15 foot section of brick wall in the mobile home park. Estimated value of the damages is around $1,300.00.

Victim stated that on todays date he was traveling northbound US 84/285 when he observed a blue in color vehicle passing him on the left lane. Victim stated the suspect in the blue vehicle forced him off the road way with his vehicle. The victim stopped on the shoudler lane. The suspect then exited his vehicle and fired a firearm at the suspect. The victim's vehicle did sustain gunshots. The victim was not struck. Criminal Investigations was called to investigate the scene.

Stolen: (8) Prima Power vehicle batteries, (4) Duralast power motor vehicle batteries
Victim stated between 12/17/13 at 5:00 P.M and 12/18/13 at 8:00 A.M unknown suspects gained access onto the property and took 8 items out of two vehicles engine compartments and the rest were stored on the property. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.
