Victim stated sometime between 8:40am and 3:20pm on todays date suspect gained unauthorized entry into the victims home, once entry was gained suspects took various electronics and various shoes. Suspects also took a credit card. This case remains under investigation.

Location: residence in the Lone Star Mobile Home Park off Agua Fria
Stolen: 20" chrome car wheel
On December 16th at about 9:45AM the victim observed a male steal a chrome wheel from the victim's yard and flee the area in a green in color Ford car. The suspect was later located in the vehicle at another location by Deputies and placed under arrest on the above charges.

Stolen 2 car batteries
Soemtime between 6:00Pm on the 15th and 6:30AM on the 16th someone stole the batteries from two vehicles parked on the victim's property.

Suspect: James Matise Age: 30 Edgewood,NM
Deputies responded to location in reference to domestic dispute. Vicitm stated that suspect was intoxicated and was attempting to leave for work in his vehicle. Vicitm stated that suspect pushed her to the floor in an attempt to leave. Suspect was located by Edgewood PD after driving away from the residence. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

On this date at approximately 3:30 pm Deputies were notified of a burglary in progress at a home located on Puye Street. Deputies arrived and were able to locate a suspect. Deputies arrested the suspect and transported him to jail where he was booked accordingly.

On 12/15/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a criminal damage to property. Reporting Party stated that he observed 2 subjects on the video damaging the windows and glass doors with a baseball bat. Estimated damage amount is $20,000.00.

Victim: Male, 25, Santa Fe, NM
On Sunday December 15, 2013 at 5:04 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to a stabbing. The victim had encountered an unknown male in a vacant residence on the property. The vacant residence was unsecured. The suspect, who was armed with a steak knife, stabbed the victim in the upper right chest area and then fled the area on foot. The vicitm was treated at the scene for non-life threatening injuries by the Santa Fe County Fire Department and declined any further medical treatment.

Stolen: $3,000.00 dollars in US Currency
Victim reports sometime between 10:00a.m. on December 13th, 2013 and 10:00p.m. on December 14th, 2013 unknown person(s) forcibly opened a vault and safe at the above location. Once inside the safe the above item was taken. There were no signs of forced entry into the residence. Case still pending further investigation.
