Victim reported that on todays date ( 1-03-2014) between the hours 10:00 am and 3:00 pm, unknown persons forced entry into her vehicle and stole the listed items. Case is under investigation.

Cictim: Female, 39, Albuquerque, NM
On Saturday, January 4, 2014 at 12:35 PM the victim was operating the vehicle north at the location attempting to negotiate a left curve. The victim lost control of the vehicle and it slid out from under her dislodging her from the vehicle. The victim was pronounced dead at the scene. Speed and/or alcohol do not appear to be factors in this crash. The victim was not wearing a helmet.

On the above date the above victim met an unknown female suspect at the Turquoise Trail Bar located in the casino. The victim and suspect left the bar and went to the victim’s room. Victim then went to bathroom and when he came out the suspect was gone. Victim then noticed that the above items were missing. Victim described the female as having a light complexion, with brown hair passed her shoulders, with a height of 4’-11” to 5’00” and weighing 210 pounds. The woman was in her early 30’s, wearing a white sweater, blue jeans, black shoes and was carrying a dark brown coach purse with gold lettering.

Reporting party stated sometime on last date he was battered by three unknown male subjects at his residence. Victim stated he was unsure as to exactly what happened because he had been drinking. Victim said that the male suspects asked to see his cell phone then took it when they left.

Deputies responded to the above location, regarding an intoxicated female acting disorderly. Staff at the casino asked her to leave and she refused. Deputies placed her under arrest after her continual refusal to leave the premises. She was booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reports sometime between the hours of 9:00 a.m. and 8:00 p.m. unknown persons gained unlawful forced entry into the above location. Entry was gained by breaking a front window. Upon entry the above items were taken. Total estimated value $500.00. Case still pending further.
