Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a reckless driver. A welfare check was conducted on a Black in color Toyota Tacoma matching the description found in the area. Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from his person. Driver also admitted to having two shots of alcohol and smoking marijuana prior to driving. SFSTs were conducted and driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and submitted to a Legal Blood Draw, results pending. Above was booked accordingly without further incident. A marijuana pipe and green leafy substance was found in the center console of the drivers vehicle.

Deputy observed a red in color Acura at the above location failing to maintain its lane of travel by crossing over the center line on several occasions. A traffic stop was conducted at which time an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from the driver's person. SFST's were adminstered at which time the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and submitted to a Legal Blood Draw, results pending. Driver was booked accordingly without further incident.

Deputies responded to the above location in reference to shots fired. Upon contact victim stated they were lying on the couch watching TV, when startled by the loud noise of glass shattering from the living room window. No occupants in the residence were injured. A Double Pane living room window was damage with estimated value of $500.00. Case still pending further investigation.

Both vehicles were unsecured. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown were able to gain access to the engine compartments of both vehicles and removed the batteries.

Maintenanace from the apartments found two unauthorized males in a vacant apartment. When confronted the males fled the area. The above matched the description and was located a couple blocks away. Placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Victim reports her ex-boyfriend the above entered the above address without authorization. Upon entry of the home above pushed victim and placed his knee on her chest. When deputies made contact with the above he provided them with other names. Above was arrested booked accordingly without further incident.

Deputies observed visual injuries to the victim. Subject was charged and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
