Once inside the battery boxes, person(s) unknown cut the wires and removed three (3) batteries from the vehicle,

Charged: Battery against a household member, Bench warrant for Failure to comply with conditions of release with the Electronic Monitoring Program
On 12/3/13 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a medical call. RECC stated that they could hear a struggle over the phone between a male and female. Victim stated that the suspect got mad at her. Victim stated that the suspect pulled her hair and also choked her. Victim had injuries that were consistent with her statedment. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Suspect was also arrested on a warrant out of Electronic Monitoring for Failure to comply with conditions of release.

On 12/3/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 12/2/13 at 5:00 p.m. and 12/3/13 at 12:40 p.m. unknown persons entered her property and stole several batteries from different vehicles. Estimated value of the items taken is $1,500.00.

Victim stated that between 11/30/13 and 12/3/13 unknown persons entered her residence and stole a refridgerator and a stove. Victim stated that she noticed a window broken and the front door damaged. Estimated value of the items taken is $2,000.00. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

Victim stated that between 2:15pm and 3:15pm, an unidentified suspect forced entry into hisvehicle by breaking a window and stole a backpack containing several books and hiking shoes. Estimated value of items taken is $290.00. Estimated value of damage is $250.00.

Victim reported on October 08, 2013 between the hours of 8:00am and 12:00pm unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the vectims vichicle. Once entry was gained suspects took various forms of identification. Suspects have been using the victims identity for monetary gain. This case remains under investigation.
