Stolen: 1- Black Remington 20 Gauge, 1- Brown Remington 20 Gauge, 2- Brown Winchester 45 caliber rifles, 1- Brown 22 rifle, 1- Black 45 caliber pistol, Check for $420.00, $70 Cash, 10- male gold chains, 3- Silver female chains with turquoise, 5- Gold male rings with diamonds, 2- Gold male rings with Garnet Stones, 1- Gold male ring with black piece and diamond in middle of black, 2 sets of gold earrings with Pearls, 5- Gold female rings with Emerald stones, 3- Silver female chains with cross charms, 1- White ceramic Jewelry box, 20- 1800's Silver Dollars.
On above date victim stated between Monday December 29, 2013 at 11am and Thursday January 2, 2014 at 8:30pm a unknown suspect entered their residence, through master bathroom window which may have be left unsecured, and stolen above items and broke a ceramic eagle that was on top of a dresser.
The above items stolen were valued at about $8345.00

Vehicle: Black, 2007, Lincoln, SUV
Betwwn 5:30 PM on Thursday, January 2, 2014 and 6:55 AM on Friday, January 3, 2014 person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means gained entry to the vehicle which was parked at a residence at the location. Once entry was gained, person(s) unknown removed a .25 caliber Jimenez Arms pistol from the vehicle.

Loction Trails End Court (Arroyo Hondo), Santa Fe, NM
Victim: Male, 67, Santa Fe, NM
On Friday, January 3, 2014 at 7:45 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location in reference to an unresponsive male. Upon the arrival Emergency Medical Services Personnel attempts to revive the victim met with negative results. The victim was prnounced dead at the scene. Foul play is not suspected in this incident.

Deputies responded to the above location on 1/1/14, regarding a deceased 31 year old male. The preliminary investigation showed a possible overdose or medical related death. Investigation is still ongoing.

The above driver was stopped for having a broken tail light. She exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .06 and .07 BrAC. The driver was charged for Driving under the Influence of Intoxicating Liquor.

The above driver was stopped for having expired registration. She exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .11 and .11 BrAC. The driver was booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim reported between 12:00pm on 01/02/14 and 2:50pm on 01/02/14 unknown suspects gained unauthorized entry into the victims home. Once entry was gained suspect(s) took various electronics, various medications and US currency. This case remains under investigation.

Staff at the Santa Fe Detention Center advised during a search of the above listed suspect a narcotic was located. The narcotic was field tested and the results proved to be positive for the narcotic. The suspect was charged accordingly. The narcotic will be submitted for further testing.

Staff at the Santa Adult Detention Center located what appeared to be a narcotic on the above listed susoect. The suspect questioned, but denied having the narcotic. The suspect was charged accordingly and the substance will be taken for further testing.
