Victim advised that while stopped at the above listed location another driver became upset for unknown reason and stopped their vehicle in front of the victims vehicle. A suspect exited the vehicle and brandished a handgun at the victim. The suspect then fled the area. This case remains under investigation.

Battery against a household member / 12-01-13

Location: Residence on Jemez Road
Arrested: Jorge Sisneros, 41-year-old male from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-01-13 at about 7:30AM Mr. Sisneros grabbed a family member by the hair and threw them to the ground causing minor injury to them. The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene, conducted an investigation and arrested Mr. Sisneros on the above charges.

Arrested: Amy Martinez, 25-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-01-2013 at about 6:00AM Ms. Martinez was involved in an altercation in which she battered a family member. The Sheriff's Office responded to the scene, conducted an investigation and placed Ms. Martinez under arrest for battery against a household member.

Location: Residence on Avenida De Clotilde (Northern Santa Fe County)
Arrested: Tirso Rodriguez, 20-year-old male from Espanola New Mexico
On 12-01-13 at about 1:00AM Mr. Rodriguez was involved in an altercation with another male at a house party on Avenida De Clotilde. During the altercation Mr. Rodriguez struck the male victim over the head several timeas with a handgun. An arrest warrant was obtained for his arrest. A few hours later he was located and arrested.

Nova Romero was found to be impaired after being stopped for Reckless Driving. He was arrested for DWI and had a BAC of .08 or greater. He was booked accordingly. Romero's vehicle was seized in accordance with Santa Fe County DWI Seizure Ordinance.

Victim reported that on November 29, 2013 at 4:30pm and November 30, 2013 at 1:00am unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into the above location. Entry was gained through a kitchen window. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: State Road 14 & Rancho Viejo Blvd., Santa Fe, NM
Suspect: Louis J. Garcia, age 58, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Agg. DWI, Roadways Laned for Traffic
On 11/29/13 deputies were dispatched to a reckless driver which was on State Road 285. Dispatch received numerous calls on the reckless driver and gave vehicle information. Deputy located the vehicle at the above location and conducted a traffic stop. Contact was made with suspect who appeared to be impaired. SFSTs were conducted and suspect could not perform SFSTs. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied Consent. Suspect agreed to submit to a breath test. Suspect's BrAC results were .27, 26. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
