Location: State Road 14 and Blue Corn Road
Arrested: Sheena Wells, 28-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-19-13 at about 5:45AM Deputies observed a 1995 blue in color Subaru car parked partially on the road way of State Road 14. Contact was made with the driver, Ms. Wells who was found to be intoxicated. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Location: 2100 block of Camino Polvoso, Santa Fe, NM (off of Agua Fria)
On 11/18/13 deputies responded to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 11/15/13 and 11/18/13 unknown persons entered his property and removed car batteries and radiators from his vehicles. Estimated value of items taken is $1,200.00. Estimated damage amount is about $50.00. Minor damage was done by removing the radiators.

Location: Camino Los Abuelos ( NM Hwy 14 area)
On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim (62 year old male) was found unresponsive and not breathing by family member. CPR was not conducted by paramedics. At this time death appears to be of natural causes. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect: Isaiah Soliz Age: 19 Santa Fe
Isaiah Soliz was arrested For DWI after he was stopped for a traffic code violation and was found to be under the influence of Marijuana. He was booked accordingly.

Suspect: Elizabeth Rodriguez-Deceano Age: 30 Santa Fe
Elizabeth Rodriguez-Deceano was arrested for Battery Against a Household Member after deputies learned that she had battered a Household member during a domestic dispute casuing minor injury. She was booked accordingly.

Damaged: 1999 Chevy Tahoe, all windows broken out
Victim reported that sometime between 8pm Saturday and 12am Sunday an unknown suspect(s) broke out all the windows on the above vehicle. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Stolen: Billfold with ID and two Credit Cards
Victim reported that on this date at approximately 0700 they noticed that some unknown person unlawfully entered their Honda Civic through an unlocked door. Victim stated the above listed items were stolen as the vehicle was parked at the above location. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Stolen: Brown Tri-fold wallet, Visa debit cards, Social Security Cards, and $300.00 in US Currency Total Estimated Value: $350.00
Victim reports at the above location unknown person(s) gained unlawful forced entry into a 2012 Chevy Pick-up between the hours of 7:30p.m. and 10:50p.m. Entry was gained by prying the window open. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending further investigation.

Location: US 84-285 at Mile Marker 175 South Bound, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Rosemarie Bermudez 30 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Aggravated Driving under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs, Careless Driving, and Open Container of alcoholic beverage
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash involving a red in color Jeep. During the course of the investigation is was found the above driver was impaired by an intoxicant. Found in the vehicle were open containers of alcohol. SFST's were admistered and driver showed signs of impairment. Driver refused to submitt to a breath test. Driver was then arrested and booked accordingly on the above charges without further incident.

Location: NM Highway 14 and County Road 57, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Mark Gadbury 44 yoa male, Madrid NM
Charges: Agg DWI, and Reckless Driving
Deputies responded to NM Hwy 14 and General Goodwin in reference to a motor vehicle crash. A 2007 Toyota Rav4, Red in color was then located at the above location. Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from his person. SFST's were performed, but had to be stopped for the safety of the driver. Driver was then placed under arrest and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was then booked and charged accordingly without further incident.
