Charges: Agg DWI, and Reckless Driving
Deputies responded to NM Hwy 14 and General Goodwin in reference to a motor vehicle crash. A 2007 Toyota Rav4, Red in color was then located at the above location. Upon contact with the driver an odor of intoxicating liquor was emitting from his person. SFST's were performed, but had to be stopped for the safety of the driver. Driver was then placed under arrest and refused to take a breath test. Suspect was then booked and charged accordingly without further incident.

Victim was found by his family members in the residence. Victim was located in bed and found non-responsive. Medics were called to the location. Investigation revealed that victim had health problems and was recently treated at a local hospital for alcohol related issues. No criminal activity is suspected and OMI was contacted to take over.

On 11/15/13 deputy responded to an aggravated assault with a deadly weapon. Victim stated that while stopped at a stop light a male subject began yelling at her and flipping her off. Victim stated that the male then threatened her with a handgun. Victim identified the male as an acquaintance of her daughter's. An attempt to locate the suspect was made with negative results.

On 11/15/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to a fraud. Victim stated that unknown persons used his credit card information to attempt to purchase an item online. The unknown persons never received the item due to the transaction not being completed.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a White in color Chevy Malibu at the above location after said suspect fled driving intoxicated from a domestic disturbance in the area. Upon contact with the above driver an odor of an alcholic beverage was emitting from his person. SFST's were conducted and driver showed signs of impariment. Suspect was then placed under arrest and submitted to a breath test with results of .16/.14. Suspect was then booked accordingly on the above charge without further incident.

The above subject was beinh held in the booking area on a warrant. The above suspect opened a cage door and then exited from the jail.The suspect was located shortly after and arrested accordingly without incident.
