Contact with Mr. Lozoya was made, following a welfare check involving a stalled vehicle. During the encounter, it was discovered Mr. Lozoya was operating the vehicle while his license was revoked due to a DUI related incident. He was placed in custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Additional Charges: Assault against a Household Member
On Monday, December 15, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, deputies learned the above male had battered and assaulted a household member. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.
Case #2025007249/Driving while License is Revoked/12-15-2025
Location: Southfork and Cedar Road, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Melisco Gallegos, 32 YOM
On Monday, December 15, 2025, deputies were patrolling the above area when they conducted a traffic stop on a Pontiac G6. Upon contacting the above driver, it was learned his NM driver's license status was invalid-revoked, due to a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop after noticing a traffic violation, contact was made with the driver who admitted to driving with a revoked drivers license. An inquiry was conducted through dispatch which confirmed the revoked driver. The driver was placed under arrest and transported to SFADC, where she was booked accordingly.

Stolen: Miscellaneous Construction Tools
On Saturday, December 13, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a larceny. On scene, it was learned unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful access to the property and stole over $2,500 worth of construction tools and equipment. This occurred within the past month. This case remains under investigation.

Location- Siler/ Cerrillos
Deputies observed Chris walking down Cerrillos and knew him to have an outstanding warrant. He was contacted and arrested. He was in the process of eating a meal, so deputies let him finish the meal. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Nichole Adams, 53 YOA female, Espanola
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle due to the registered owner having a warrant. The driver was also found to have narcotics in her possession. The driver was arrested for the warrant and narcotics. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.

Geoffrey Crumm was contacted by deputies after he crashed through a gate. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DUI. He was transported to the hospital where he provided a blood sample. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Rigoberto was contacted during a traffic stop and displayed signs of impairment. He was arrestef for DUI and refused to provide a breath sample. He was later booked into the SF ADC.
