Decedent: 84 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a cardiac arrest. Deputies were advised the calling party located his neighbor not conscious and not breathing. Deputies and medics arrived on scene and determined the male was beyond life saving measures. No signs of foul play were observed. The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted and responded to the scene.

Arrested: Santana Nailor, 39 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies contacted the subject due to suspicious activity. The suspect provided deputies with a false name and date of birth, then attempted to flee. The suspect was apprehended and found to have multiple outstanding warrants. The subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the above vehicle due to the vehicle displaying a false plate. Upon further investigation it was learned the above suspect took the vehicle without permission from the registered owner and the vehicle was reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police Department. The above suspect was taken into custody and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center.

Subject: Calvin Everett 22 YOM
On 7/1/26 Deputies were dispatched to a welfare check at the above location. Deputies dicovered the above subject had a warrant for failure to appear. Original charges of aggravated driving while under the influence of intoxicating liquor or drugs. Subject was booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center without incident.

During a call for service contact was made with the subject, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The subject was taken into custody and booked at SFADC without incident.

Location- Rio Vista Run (Santa Cruz)
Arrested- Nolyn Martinez (18 year old male/ Santa Cruz)
Arrested- Angel Reyna Aguilar (19 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence in Santa Cruz for a 911 hang-up call. While arriving in the area, deputies observed four males fighting in the street. When the subjects saw the deputies, they fled on foot. Two of the four males were apprehended after a foot pursuit. Those two males were arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026003471/ Warrant Arrest/ 7/1/26

Location- Agua Fria Rd/ Siler Rd
Arrested- Devon Garcia (42 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Deputy Olivas was patrolling the area of Siler and Agua Fria when his vehicle mounted license plate reader (LPR) scanned the plate of a stolen vehicle. Deputy Olivas turned around to locate the vehicle as it pulled into the parking lot of a business. The occupants exited the vehicle and Deputy Olivas was able to detain 3 of the 4 occupants. However, the driver was able to get away. Devon was found to have an outstanding warrant and was booked into the SF ADC. The stolen vehicle was recovered.

Suspect - Denise Esposito (52 Y/O)
Deputies responded to the location in regards to reports of an individual who was unconscious near a vehicle. A DWI investigation took place and the suspect was ultimately arrested. Suspect was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. Blood Alcohol contents are pending results of a blood draw.

Stolen - Interlock device
Deputies responded to the location. Where they made contact with an individual who advised he had left his vehicle unlocked and unattended. The individual stated his interlock device was stolen some time between 6/26/26/ and 6/30/26. Case is under investigation.
