Case#202600740 / Unattended Death / 2-5-26

Assigned: C. Podolak 

Entering: Cpl Hernandez 

Location: Vista Sol

Deceased: Male 60 YOM

Deputies responded to the location in reference to an ambulance assistance call for service. Upon arrival EMS was actively performing lifesaving procedures, which were ultimately deemed unsuccessful. Deputies continued with their investigation and determined foul play was not suspected. The deceased was transported from the scene by a local funeral home.

Case #2026000724/ Warrant Arrest/ 2/4/26

Assigned- Deputy J. Flores-Ramirez

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- 500 block of West Cordova

Arrested- David Wolleson (47 year old male/ Santa Fe)

David was contacted during a suspicious person call and found to have an outstanding warrant for concealing identity (FTA). He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Case #2026000726/ Aggravated DWI/ 2/4/26

Assigned- Deputy M. Ward

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- US 84/285 @ MM 170

Arrested- Miguel Bentancourth Hernandez (30 years old/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to US 84/285 @ MM 170 to assist the Tesuque Police Department with a possible non-Native impaired driver. Deputies arrived on the scene of the traffic stop and contacted the driver, Miguel. He displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. He was transported to the SFSO and provided breath samples that were at or above a .16 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested: Robert Santistevan Jr. (35 YO)

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Suspect battered his mother, and prevented her from leaving during an altercation. Subject was arrested and charged accordingly.

On February 4, 2026, Deputy was dispatched to Martin Ln. in reference to a stolen motor vehicle. The owner was contacted and notified of the vehicle's disposition.

Deputies made contact with individual in regards to a suspicious call. Individual was found to have an active warrant for arrest for failure to appear on original charge of indecent exposure. 

Case #2026000720 // Narcotics Violation at ADC - 2/4/2026

Location: SF County Adult Detention Center

Arrested: Emiliano Boylan (26 YO), Julio Rascon (29 YO) 

Subjects were incarcerated at ADC, and found to have suboxone in their possession. Subjects were re-booked on the new charges of possession of a controlled substance.
