Deceased- 53 year old female/ Edgewood
A Deputy was dispatched to a residence in reference to a cardiac arrest. When the deputy arrived, rescue personnel was attempting live saving measures on a female who was unconscious and not breathing. Rescue personnel was unable to revive the female and she was pronounced dead. The deputy learned she had a medical history, and nothing suspicious was observed. OMI was dispatched to the scene to conduct and investigation.

Arrested- Julio Linares Ramirez (30 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle after it was seen making a left turn from a non-turning lane. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and the driver was arrested. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .18/.19 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Donovan Robertson (24 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a brewery in reference to an intoxicated male refusing to leave. Upon arrival, deputies learned that the male had pushed one of the employees. When deputies contacted the Donovan, he refused to go with the deputies and shoved both of them. When deputies attempted to arrest him, he resisted. Eventually, he was arrested and transported to the SF ADC where he was later booked.

Deputies had knowledge of a subject having an active warrant for arrest. Deputies were able to locate the subject and apprehend him. The warrant was for failure to appear on various traffic violations. Subject was booked.

Arrested: Michelle Espinosa (59 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to assist Tesuque Police in reference to a possible drunk driver who was non-tribal. The female driver showed signs of impairment and agreed to conduct SFST’s. However, SFST’s were stopped due to driver’s noncompliance. The driver then refused to provide a breath or blood sample. A search warrant was issued to obtain a blood sample. The driver was later transported and booked into SFADC.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on the driver of a black in color Chevrolet Silverado after noticing a traffic infraction. Contact was made with the driver, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest. The driver taken into custody and booked at SFADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a larceny. Deputies were advised workers were conducting surveying in the area. An unknown suspect(s) took a piece of surveying equipment. The item was entered into NCIC as stolen.
