On Tuesday, August 18, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an inmate who had an outstanding bench warrant. Upon arrival, the warrant was confirmed to be valid, and she was rebooked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility without incident.

On Tuesday, August 17, 2026, the caller reported his ex-girlfriend and her boyfriend entered his residence without permission and removed items from inside the home. Following the investigation, Rachel Serna and Luis Olivas were issued criminal summonses to appear in court for Burglary.

Deptuies were dispacthed to the aboved address in reference to a possible Domestic Dispute.. Upon arrival deputies determined the aboved named suspect was the aggressor. The suspect was placed under arrest and was booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. The suspect was booked accordingly without futher incident.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop. Contact was made with the driver who had an active arrest warrant for failure to pay fines on a speeding citation. Driver was arrested on the warrant and taken to the detention facility.

Arrested: Armando Medina (29 YO)
Deputy responded to a call for a reckless driver and located the vehicle. Contact was made and narcotics were located on the passenger side of the vehicle. Passesnger also did not have a seatbelt on and when asked to identify himself he refused several times. Once he was able to be identified it was learned he had an active arrest warrant. He was taken to the detention facility and booked on the warrant as the new charges listed above.

Arrested- Marcos Vigil (42 year old male/ Espanola)
Location- NM 76/ Calle Adrian
Deputies contacted Marcos during a traffic stop and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Subject: Jose Gonzales 23 YOM
Deputies responded to the above-listed address in reference to a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, Deputies conducted an investigation and determined that the suspect had pushed the victim's head with an open hand. The suspect admitted to pushing the victim. The suspect was subsequently placed under arrest and charged with the above-listed charges. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (ADC), where he was booked accordingly without further incident.

On 8/16/26 Deputies responded to the above mentioned location for a domestic disturbance. Contact was made with defendant during the call, Santa Fe Regional Emergency Communications Center confirmed Subject had an active warrant for his arrest. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center and booked into the jail, without further incident. Original Charges: disorderly conduct and resisting, evading, or obstructing and officer.

Deputies responded to the above-listed location in reference to an single vehicle crash. The driver agreed to SFST's and showed signs of impairment.The driver agreed to provide a breath sample and results were 0.18 & 0.17. An open container of alcohol was located inside the vehicle. The suspect was arrested and booked at Santa Fe ADC.
