The vehicle was stopped and the driver returned to be invalid revoked due to a prior DWI.The suspect was arrested on the listed charges and booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Subject: Juan Dominguez-Galaviz 38 YOM
On 7/31/26 Deputies were dispatched to the above-listed location after the reporting party contacted emergency services to report that a white pickup truck had entered their property and possibly crashed. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver, later identified as Juan, and observed signs of impairment. Following their investigation, Juan was placed under arrest and charged with the offenses listed above. Juan was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, where he provided breath samples. He was subsequently transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center, where he was booked accordingly.

Deputies made contact with Ms. Archuleta while on patrol and discovered she had an active warrant for her arrest. She was placed in custody and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. She was booked accordingly.

On Thursday, July 30, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when a traffic stop was conducted. During the stop, contact was made with the above suspect. It was learned he had two outstanding bench warrants for his arrest. After the warrants were confirmed to be valid, he was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly and without incident.
