During a traffic stops, agents identified the driver as having two active warrants for his arrest. for failing to appear in court on a charge of possession of a controlled substance. Subject was transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Suspect: Mark Nephew, 33YOM, Albuquerque, NM

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies determined that the victim had been battered by the suspect. The suspect was taken into custody, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe ADF without incident.

Arrested: Lisa Lopez, 57YOF, Santa Fe

Deputies were dispatched to the Adult Detention Facility regarding the above subject, who had an outstanding warrant. Deputies confirmed the warrant was in NCIC. The subject was served and rebooked into SF ADC without incident. Original warrant charge: Driving while license revoked/suspended and unlawful use of a driver's license. 

Case #2026004960/Driving under the influence/Batt upon a peace officer/Resisting Evading Obstructing an officer

Subject: Susan Okla 31 YOF

Deputies initiated a traffic stop on the above-listed vehicle for speeding. During the traffic stop, the above-listed suspect displayed signs of impairment and agreed to participate in Standardized Field Sobriety Tests (SFSTs). During the SFSTs, the suspect became combative and kicked Deputy Joseph Watson and Corporal Anthony Currey. Deputy Juan Flores arrived on scene shortly thereafter, at which time the suspect spit on Deputy Flores. The suspect was placed in the rear seat of Deputy Watson’s marked patrol unit. After being placed inside the patrol unit, the suspect opened the rear door and attempted to flee the scene. The suspect was prevented from fleeing and remained in custody. While inside the patrol unit, the suspect began kicking the interior of the vehicle. Due to the suspect complaining of ankle and wrist pain, she was transported to St. Vincent Regional Medical Center for evaluation. After being medically cleared, the suspect was released and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (ADC). While being transported to the Santa Fe ADC, the suspect began striking her head against the cage of the patrol unit. Upon arrival, the suspect was charged with the above-listed offenses and booked into the Santa Fe ADC accordingly.

Arrested: Irving, Tamara (35 Y.O.F.)

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. After an investigation it was learned that Ms. Irving battered a household member. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Suspects: Unknown

Deputies responded to a report of a burglary. Deputies learned that the above victim's home was burglarized on or around 08/27/26. Multiple items were stolen from inside the residence totaling $53,885. There is currently no suspect information at this time.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop for a traffic violation. During the stop it was learned the subject had a traffic warrant. Subject was placed under arrest and transported to Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Deputy was dispatched to location in reference to a warrant service. Upon arrival deputy checked subject for wants/warrants and it was discovered the subject did have a warrant for her arrest. Original Charge for warrant: Driving while license revoked and speeding.

Cerrillos Road/St. Michaels Drive, Santa Fe

Deputies conducted a traffic stop, during the interaction with the driver drug paraphernalia was observed in the drivers lap. The driver was arrested, narcotics were located on his person including crack/cocaine and fentanyl. The driver was booked.

Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for failure to maintain lanes, during the stop deputies observed signs of impairment. A DWI investigation was conducted and the above listed driver was subsequently arrested and booked. Driver breath results were 0.24/0.22.
