On Monday, February 2, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a motor vehicle crash. Upon arrival, it was discovered that the above supect intentionally struck a household member's vehicle with his vehicle. The suspect also struck another vehicle with his vehicle. This caused substantial damage to both victim's vehicles. The suspect was unable to be located and an arrest warrant is currently being sought. Case remains under investigation.

Banana Ln/Frontage Road, Pojoaque
Deputies responded to a suspicous vehicle call for service. It was learned a female from the vehicle stole items from the reporting persons yard. While en route the vehicle was located and a traffic stop was conducted. The suspect was in the passenger seat and it was learned Ms. Duran had an active warrant. She was directed to exit the vehicle and refused, during the encounter Ms. Duran struck a deputy in the face and kicked another. She was eventually extracted from the vehicle and taken into custody and booked. Stolen items were located and recovered.

Location - NM State Road 503, Cundiyo, NM
Deputies were dispatatched to a reported battery that occured between nephew/uncle. During the altercation Mr. Vigil, struck his uncle in the face multiple times. Deputies arrested Mr. Vigil on scene without incident.

On Sunday, February 1, 2026, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a domestic disturbance. Upon arrival, the investigation found the suspect had attempted to strangle a household member. The suspect also battered a household member. The suspect was taken into custody and will be booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were called to residence for a male not concious, not breathing. Male was found to be expired and beyond medical intervention. No foul play is suspected.

Deputies were called for a domestic disturbance. While on scene, deputies determined subject battered a houseohold member and broke her cell phone.

On Saturday, January 31, 2026, deputies conducted a welfare check in the above area. During the welfare check, it was found the above suspect had an outstanding bench warrant. After placing the suspect under arrest, deputies located suspected narcotics on her person. She was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where she was booked accordingly and without incident.
