Jayde was stopped for riding her bicycle in the middle of the road with no lights. She was found to have 3 outstanding warrants and was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #20261376, 1377/ DUI, Warrant Arrest/ 3/9/26

Arrested- Adam Rowland (30 year old male/ Santa Fe)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for following too closely as well as having suspended registration and insurance. Upon contact with the driver, he displayed signs of impairment and was arrested for DWI. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .15/.15 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Joshua Wengler (49 year old male/ Cerrillos NM)
A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for no insurance and no registration. Upon contact with the driver, he was found to have two outstanding warrants and was arrested. He was later booked at the SF ADC. His vehicle was towed.

Arrested- Gregory Blanco White (54 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies observed Mr. White riding an E-bike through a parking lot and recognized him, knowing him to have warrants. He was stopped and arrested on the warrants. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case#2026001369-Aggravated Assault Deadly Weapon- 03/08/2026

Location: Finely's RD Area
Suspect: Jerome Romero (38YO)
Deputies responded to fight between to 2 brothers. During the altercation the suspect used a weapon to assault the victim. The suspect also kincked and strangle the victim. An Arrest Warrant for the suspect is being requested.

Deputy on Patrol in Santa Fe County conducted a traffic stop. During the traffic stop, it was learned the subject arrested had an arrest warrant for Failure to Appear for traffic violations.
Case #2026001362/ DWI, Careless Driving, Failure to Maintain Lane/ 3/8/26

Arrested- Cateka Davis (20 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a crash on I25 involving 2 vehicles. Upon arrival, deputies contacted both drivers and one of the drivers displayed signs of impairment. That driver was placed under arrest and was transported to the SFSO where she provided breath samples that were above a .08 BRAC. She was later booked into the SF ADC.

Arrested- Rey Jimenez (48 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to the Buffalo Thunder Casino to assist the Pojoaque Police Department with a possible drunk driver who was non-Native. Deputies contacted the driver, who showed signs of impairment, and he was arrested for DWI. Open alcoholic beverage containers were found in the vehicle. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples of .15/.14 BRAC. He was later booked at the SF ADC.
Case #2026001360/ Motor Vehicle Fatality/ 3/7/26

Location- Southfork/ Cedar Rd
Deceased- 15 year old male/ Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the scene of a fatal motor vehicle crash on near the intersection of Cedar and Southfork. Upon arrival, two males were located at the scene who had been ejected. Preliminary investigation appears the vehicle was traveling more than 100 mph northbound on Southfork just past Cedar when the vehicle failed to negotiate a slight left hand curve in the roadway. It entered a field and crashed causing the vehicle to roll several times. It appeared that neither occupant was wearing a seatbelt. The 15 year old male (Passenger) was pronounced deceased on scene. The 16 year old male driver was transported emergency traffic to the hospital in critical condition. A search warran was obtained and the driver's blood was taken. Charges are pending.
