On 05/22/13 mail was received at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Upon further inspection an items was located that is believed to be a narcotic. This case remains under investigation.

She believes they were taken by individuals that were hired to do yard work during that time and were unsupervised. Investigation is still ongoing. The art pieces were each valued at $2400.

Victim reported that on May 22, 2013, someone used her debit card to make purchases of $227.50. She believed someone took it from her wallet, used it, and then returned it to her wallet. An exact location of where the card was used was not known at the time of report.

Arrested: Crystal Lievens, 21 yoa female, Santa Fe NM
Charges: Aggravated DWI, Child Abuse, Driving while license is Suspended
Deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location on a white in color Kia Rio as it was parked in the middle of the roadway. Upon contact with the driver, later identified as the above individual, she was found to be impaired. SFST's were adminstered where the driver displayed signs of impairment. Driver was arrested and submitted to a Breath test with results of .16/.16. Also found in the vehicle with the driver was a 12 year old and 2 year old. Suspect was booked and charged on the above charges without further incident.

Victim reported to Deputies that she had been involved in a dispute with her boyfriend. Vicitm stated the dispute became physical and he refused to allow her to leave. Victim was able to get away and called for assistance. Case is under investigation.

On 5/21/13 deputy responded to above location in reference to an assistance with neighbor. Victim stated that the suspect threatened to shoot his head off with a gun. Victim stated that suspect threatened to get his gun from his vehicle which was parked in the front yard. Suspect then proceeded into the residence. Deputy arrived on scene and made contact with suspect who was intoxicated. Suspect corroborated victim's story but denied the gun threat. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.
