Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above addresss in regards to a domestic dispute. Suspect/Arrestee was observed in control of a motor vehicle on the property. Supsect showed signs of impairment, was placed under arrest and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Damaged: Misc. household items to include water fixtures, mirrors and other assorted household items.
Arrested: Andy Kilgore, 40 years of age, Santa Fe, NM
On today's date, June 22, 2012 at approximately 4:54pm, Santa Fe County Sheriff's Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a male breaking items inside the residence. Suspect was arrested for criminal damage to property.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1,250.00

Location: residence off of Horseshoe Loop, Edgewood, NM
On 6/22/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a breaking and entering. Victim stated that between 6/21/12 at 1500 hours and 6/22/12 at 1500 hours she found that the residence was in disarray and that there was damage inside the residence. Victim stated that the suspects damaged the rear door, glass window, the kitchen floor and cabinets, sheetrock, 2 mirrors, light fixtures, dishwasher, livingroom fan, and newly installed carpet. Estimated damage amount is $3140.00.

Victim reported that sometime between 3:40am and 5:15am on today’s date unknown person(s) gained unauthorized entry to his residence by kicking the front door. In doing so, the suspect(s) caused an estimated $260.00 in damage to the door frame and side moldings. It is unknown at this time if anything is missing from the residence.

Stolen: Grey Women's Wallet, $400 in cash/currency, (2) Bank of America Debit Cards, Social Security Card, Make up bag w/ various cosmetics
Damaged: none
Victim reported that sometime between 6/21/12 @ 1845 and 6/22/12 @ 0830 unknown persons gained unauthorized entry to the above vehicle through an unlocked driver side front door. Once inside the vehicle the above suspects stole the above items. The victim stated she did not notice any damage to the vehicle nor were any other items found to be stolen at this time.
The above listed item was valued at about $432.00

Victim reported that his unoccupied residence was burglarized between June 22, 2012 at approximately to 9:00 a.m. to June 22, 2012 at 10:30 p.m.
The unknown suspect(s) forced entry through the back door of the home, located at the southside. The suspect(s) removed the above listed items from the home and left the location. The stolen items have a total value of $940.00. The damaged window screen is valued at $50.00.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic battery taking place in a white mustang. The Vehicle was located at NM599 and Hwy14. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail after it was discovered that he had battered the victim with his cast arm.

Victim was at the above location when, Suspect invited victim up to her room and offered him a shot of Vodka. Victim stated he took a sip of Vodka and felt light headed. Victim stated he laid down on the suspect’s bed felt the suspect going through his pockets. Victim said he got up and pulled his pants up left the room and noticed that the suspect had taken $1220.00. Suspect checked out of hotel prior to Law Enforcement being notified.

Charged: Aggravated Battery Against a Household Member
On Friday, June 22, 2012 at 10:43 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim on the left side of her head with an unloaded pistol. The victim was transported by ambulance to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center where she was admitted for treatment of her injuries.

Arrest Order - Probation Violation
On Friday, June 22, 2012 at 8:35 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle erratically (failing to control speed, maintain a single lane of travel and failed to stop for a posted stop sign) at the location. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .16 or greater. The suspect was found to have provided alcoholic beverages to a 18 year old male who was a passenger in the vehicle who was also under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. The suspect's New Mexico driver's license is suspended. The suspect was unable to provide proof of insurance upon request. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an open bottle of vodka and beer. The suspect is on probation and the New Mexico Department of Corrections issued an Arrest Order for Probation Violation.
