On 1/13/13 deputies made contact with victim who stated that on 12/14/11 he reported his snowboard missing to the Santa Fe Ski Area. Victim stated that he observed a snowboard matching the description as the one that was stolen. Victim stated that he made contact with the male and stated that it was his snowboard. He stated that the suspect stated that he purchased it on Craig's List for $150.00. Victim purchased the snowboard from suspect for $150.00 and later tried to contact suspect but number was disconnected. Estimated value for item stolen is $750.00.

Stolen: (1) one "Spare" rubber tire with alloy rim attached, (1) one rubber tire with alloy rim attached and (1) one unknown make of car battery.
Victim reported between the dates and times of 01-11-2013 at approximately 2:00pm to 01-12-2013 at 4:30pm unknown person(s) gained unauthotized entry into the victim's vehicle and stole the above items. Forced entry was not made as the vehicle was left unlocked. This case is currently under investigation.

Location: residence off of Edgewood 7, Edgewood, NM
On 1/11/13 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Deputy arrived and began checking the residence. Deputy noticed the glass of the rear door shattered and open. Victim stated that a computer was stolen from inside the residence. Victim stated that this occurred between the hours of 0730 and 1640. Estimated value of items taken is $1860.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Charges: Aggravated Burglary, Aggravated Assault wit a Deadly Weapon, Criminal Damage to property,
On 01-12-13 Deputies were dispatched to a Burglary in progress at the above location. The victim reported the above individual had forced his way into the residence by breaking a windown. Once he was inside he armed himself with a pellet gun. When the victim arrived home, the above suspect pointed the pellet gun at him . The suspect was placed under arrest and charged accordingly.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in refrence to a burglary. It was reported between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:30pm unknown person(s) gained entry into the victims home and stole the above items. The case is currently undeer investigation.

Stolen: Browning .22 caliber handgun, $200 in change and damaged a light fixture.
On this date Deputies responded to the above location in referenc to an aggravated burglary. Contact was made with the victim who stated on today's date his cousin entered his home without authorization and allegedly stole the above items. This case is currently under investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above location in regards to a domestic disturbance. The case was investigated and it was determined that an assault and violation of a TRO was comitted. The above suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Arrested: Adrian Encinias, 40-year-old male from Pecos N.M.
On 01-12-2013 Mr. Encinias was involved in an argument with a household member while gambling at the Buffalo Thunder Casion. During the argument Mr. Encinias battered the household member. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

Stolen: 2 electronic key cards and 4 keys
On 01-12-2013 the victim reported between the hours of 10:30PM and 12:30AM someone entered the victim's unlocked vehicle and stole two electronic key cards and 4 keys. This took place while the vehicle was parked at the Guadalupe Credit Union on Academy Road.
