On 12-01-12 Deputies were dispatched to the above address in regards to an auto burglary. The above victim reported someone broke the driver's side rear window to his Lexus GS300. The theft occurred between 11-30-12 at 10:30pm and 12-01-12 at 7:00am. Suspects are pending at this time.

On 12-01-12 the victim reported sometime between 7:00pm and 9:00pm on 11-30-12, an unknown person stole the above vehicle. The vehicle was parked behind the residence with the keys in the ignition, but not running. The vehicle was entered into NCIC as a stolen motor vehicle.

On Sunday, December 2, 2012 at 2:03 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect grabbed the victim by the arm and used a restraint technique to put her on the floor. The victim was treated at the scene for minor injuries and declined any further medical attention.

Deputies were dispatched to the listed location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival, victim reported that he arrived home to find his home burglarized. Victim stated the suspects stole the listed items from the home between 3:00 p.m. amd 3:30 p.m.. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to a report of a male striking a female. Upon the arrival of Deputies they could hear an argument taking place inside the home. Upon contacting the individuals they observed visible injuries to the victim. Subject was arrested and taken to jail.

Arrested: Jessica Ortega, 40-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 11-30-12 at about 10:30PM Mrs. Ortega's vehicle was stopped after it was observed traveling North Bound on I-25 failing to maintain it's lane of travel. Mrs. Ortega displayed signs of impairment and failed field sobriety tests. An open bottle of alcohol was located in her vehicle. Breath test results showed her breath alcohol content to be over twice the legal limit. She was arrested and booked accordingly.

Victim reported that sometime between 10:30pm and 11:00pm on 11/29/2012, his vehicle was taken from the above stated address while it was left unlocked, running, and unattended. Vehicle was later located and recovered on Calle de Oriente by SFPD. Case is still under investigation.
