On 11-09-12 at about 9:00PM the above listed suspect battered a household member during an argument by punching them in the face. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Adult Detention Facility.

On Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 9:18 PM deputies responded to a disturbance at an establishment at the location. The suspect was located at the location and displayed signs of being under then influence of an intoxicating liquor. The suspect was also found to be in possession of an alcoholic beverage. After being arrested, the suspect became uncooperative and kicked a deputy in the leg. There were no injuries as a result of this incident.

On Thursday, November 8, 2012 at 9:18 PM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect pushed the victim in her chest area. The suspect was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device containing an unknown type burnt residue.

On 11-08-2012 two juvenile males were involved in an altercation within a residence at the above location. One of the males threatened the other male with a knife and punctured a wall with the knife. The juvenile male was arrested and booked into the Juvenile Detention Facility. No injuries were reported.

On 11/8/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to Bringing Contraband into a place of imprisonment. Contact was made with the Detention Officer who advised that a letter was sent to the suspect in the mail. The letter was opened by the mail officer in which narcotics was located within. A field test was done in which it tested positive for heroin. Suspect was charged, and booked accordingly.

On 11/8/12 deputy was dispatched to above address in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 0700 and 1600 hours unknown persons gained entry into her residence by breaking a window on the second floor. Victim stated that unknown persons stole a computer monitor, 2 angel statues, and a shop vacuum. Estimated value of the items taken is $265.00. Estimated damage amount is $100.00.

On Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 9:41 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location. The vehicle was stopped as it had been reported as having been involved in a motor vehicle crash on State Road 592. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. The suspect was also found not have a driver's license and was in possession of an open bottle of vodka. The vehicle did not have any damage to support being involved in a motor vehicle crash.

On 11/7/12 between 6:30am and 4:30pm, an unknown suspect(s) entered the residence by removing and damaging the window screen and breaking the north west window to the master bedroom and stole the several items. Unknown suspects stole a dagger, a digital camera, a DVD player, a Bose radio, a battery charger, 3 batteries, misc. power tools, misc. DVD's, misc hand tools, and a laptop computer. Estimated value of items taken is $7,160.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.
