On Monday October 8, 2012 a 78 year old was found decesed in his residence by family memebers. The deceased had a long history of medical issues. No foul play was noted at the scene.

Victim reports at the above location on August 16, 2012 at approximately 8:18pm an unknown suspect took the above item that was left on the loading dock. Case still pending further investigation.

Arrested: Adrealica Mares 26 yoa female, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Battery on a Household Member, and Criminal Damage to Property of a Household Member
Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Victim reports the above suspect grabbed his sweat shirt and made marks on his collar bone. Victim also reports while the suspect was leaving she hit his Camero with a broom stick making a dent. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly on the charges above.

Victim reports at the above location between the hours of 7:30am and 6:30pm unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry. Entry was gained by prying the front door open. Once inside the above items were taken. Case still pending investigation.

Driver was stopped for an improper left turn and began driving the wrong way onAirport Road. Upon initiating the traffic stop driver was administered SFST’s where he displayed signs of impairment. Driver was placed under arrest for DWI. He was found with a white powdery substance and found to be diving on a suspended/revoked drivers license. Driver was booked accordingly into Santa Fe County Jail.

On 10-06-12 the victim reported she was battered by a household member. The victim stated on 10-04-12 she was with the household member at the above residence, when she recieved a phone call. The suspect became upset and began to strike her with a closed fist. The victim did recieve injuries do to the assault. This matter is currently under investigation.

Victim reported that sometime between 5:00pm on 10-5-12 and 12:00am on 10-7-12 unknown person(s) shot at the double pane windows of the La Familia Medical Center with a BB gun. Case is still under investigation.
The damage to the vehicle was estimated to be over $1000.00

On Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 8:57 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and failed to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and refused to submit to a Breathalyzer Test. The suspect was found to be in possession of a flask which contained an alcoholic beverage. The suspect was unable to produce his valid Colorado driver's license or proof of insurance upon request.

Charged: Battery Against a Household Member
On Saturday, October 6, 2012 at 3:26 AM the suspect and victim were involved in a verbal altercation at a residence at the location. The altercation turned physical when the suspect struck the victim in the face with a closed fist. The victim declined medical attention for her minor injuries (swelling). The suspect was located a short time later at a convienence store on Airport Road and taken into custody without incident.
