On Friday, October 12, 2012 at 11:04 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle south at the location and was unable to maintain a single lane of travel. The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.

On Friday, October 12, 2012 at 9:18 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location and made an abrupt left turn over a painted median. The suspect was found to be under the influence of a controlled subsatnce. The suspect submitted to a Blood Test and the results of that test are pending. The suspect was found to be in possession of three different prescription medications and could not provide a prescription for either of them. The suspect was found to be in possession of several cut straws, a metal grate and a glass vile which all contained a white in color residue. The suspect was unable to provide proof of insurance upon request.

Stolen: 42" Vizio Television, playstation 3, X-box 360
Arrested: Daniel & Jose Roybal, Ashley Roybal El Rancho NM
On the above date the above suspect along with two other subjects Daniel and Jose Roybal burglarized the above unattended residence and stole the above items. Forced entry was gained through the back door.
All three subjects were later apprehended, taken into custody. The suspect Ashley, and Daniel Roybal were booked into the adult detention center, while Jose Roybal was booked into the juvenile detention center.
The above listed stole item was valued at about $1150.00

Victim reported that on 10-11-12 she place some earrings diamond earrings in her luggage bag inside her rented hotel room. Later in the evening when she went back for the earrings they were unable to be located. Victim suspects an unknown person went into her room and stole the earrings. Case is still under investigation.
The above property was valued at approximately $5,000.

On 10/11/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to an unlawful taking of a motor vehicle. Victim stated that between 10/10/12 at 1530 hours and today at 1100 hours unknown persons took his 2002 black in color Lexus which was parked in his driveway. Victim stated that he had locked all the doors and had the keys to the vehicle. Victim stated that the vehicle is worth $15,000.00.

Suspect: George Ulibarri, age 77, Santa Fe, NM
Charged: Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon
On 10/10/12 at 2101 hours, deputy was dispatched to a residence off of Villeros Street in regards to an aggravated assault. Victim stated that the suspect had "cocked" a handgun while he (victim) was approaching suspect who was seated in a vehicle. Victim stated that the suspect exited the vehicle with the handgun in his waistband and his hand on the gun. Victim stated that the suspect stated, "give me a reason to put a bullet in between your eyes." Victim stated that he was in fear for his life. While deputy was getting information for the report, suspect drove in front of the victim's home. Deputy initiated a traffic stop and observed the handgun on the floorboard. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 10/10/12 between 0800 and 1500 hours unknown suspects unlawfully gained entry into the above residence by removing a screen and forcing open a window on the south side. Victim stated that the unknown suspects took a laptop computer, an Iphone, 2 flatscreen TVs, 8 bottles of liquor and an Ipod. Estimated value of items taken is $1820.00. Estimated damage amount is $350.00.

On 10/10/12, victim and and friend of victim's got into a fight. Suspect used a metal chair to hit victim, knocking him down and knocking his glasses off. Suspect hit victim in the left arm again with the chair causing injury to his arm. Suspect has been calling and texting victim at all hours regarding the $100.00 victim owes him. Victim's glasses were broken during the altercation. Suspect was then contacted and placed under arrest. Suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Victim reports the above trailer was locked at the above location. The home is currently in foreclosure and had thirty days to get the belongings out of the home and property. Victim noticed on October 6, 2012 the trailer was missing and items that were in the trailer were set outside on the ground. Case still pending further investigation.

Victim reports at the above location unknown suspect(s) gained unlawful forced entry. Victim hasn't been to the house in several weeks. The above residence is vacant and for sale. Entry was gained into the residence by breaking a window at the rear of the house. Once suspect(s) were inside they took the above items. Case still pending further investigation.
