On 1/18/12 deputy was dispatched to a 911 call at the above location. Deputy arrived and the victim advised that the suspect was breaking items in her residence. Deputy proceeded into the residence and observed the suspect sitting on a chair in the livingroom holding a multi-colored pyrex pipe. Suspect admitted to breaking the items because he hated her. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Victim reported that sometime between 1:45pm and 3:20pm on 1-18-12 unknown suspect(s) gained unauthorized entry into the front door of her residence by kicking the door open. Once inside the suspects stole the above stated items. Case is still under investigation

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (adult male) was found unresponsive by a family member. At this time there did not appear to be any signs of foul play. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim stated that suspects took 15 Victoria Secret Bras and 40 pairs of Victoria Secret underwear. Estimated value of items taken is $1500.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.
