On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. The victim 49 year old male) was found at his residence unresponsive and not breathing by a friend. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff’s Office.

Suspect: Carlos Coroy-Taguith 40yoa male, Santa Fe, NM
Charges: Possession of a Controlled Substance, Battery on a Household Member
Victim reports above suspect dragged her by her hair and punched her. Suspect then threw the victim to the ground knocking her unconsious. While suspect was placed under arrest he was found to be in possession of a two small clear baggies with a white powdery substance, to which he stated was cocaine. Suspect was booked on the above charges.

Location: residence off of Valencia Loop, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)
On 6/11/12 victim stated that between 5/28/12 at 0800 and 5/30/12 at 1700 hours unknown persons entered her residence by taking a key she had hidden. Victim stated that she hired 2 hispanic males to build a stucco wall. Victim stated that the unknown persons entered her residence and took a check in which she wrote it out for $175.00 and signed it but did not put who it was payable to. Victim stated that nothing else in her residence was taken. Victim did state that the house key was also stolen. Estimated value of items taken is $185.00.

The above listed items stolen were valued at about $50.00

Charges: Battery Against a Household Member
Victim reports her and the above suspect got into a verbal argument that led to him chasing her around the outside of the above location for keys. Victim reports the suspect landed up pushing her to the ground which resulted in her hitting her head on the asphalt. Suspect was arrested and booked on the above charge.

On 6/10/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that between 6/9/12 at 0800 hours and 6/10/12 at 1300 hours unknown persons entered her residence unlawfully and took her washer, dryer, and small refrigerator from within. Victim stated that her residence is being built. Estimated value of the items taken is $1,722.21.

Location: residence off of Senda Torcida, Santa Fe, NM
On 6/10/12 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a burglary. Victim stated that his vehicle was stolen. Victim stated that his sister was house sitting and went to check the residence between the hours of 0620 and 0630. Victim stated that when he returned home at 1315 hours he noticed that unknown suspects gained entry into his residence by kicking the rear door. Victim stated that unknown suspects took 2 flatscreen TVs, binoculars, misc. jewelry, 2 CD's, 2 DVD's, 2 Roku devices, a gray cooler, and a 2000 Subaru Outback vehicle. Estimated value of items taken $8,390.00. Estimated damage amount to the door is $1000.00.

Suspect #2: Diandra Melinda, agge 24, Chimayo, NM
Charged: Battery on a household member
On 6/9/12 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Suspect #2 stated that suspect #1 had thrown her to the ground at which point she ran into the house. Suspect #2 stated that she witnessed suspect #1 hit her mother's car with an unknown object and shatter the windshield. Suspect #1 stated that there was an argument and that suspect #2 struck him which caused the windshield to shatter. Suspect #1 stated that suspect #2 grabbed the back of his neck, scratched his face and rip his shirt. Both were arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
