Location: State Road 14, mile post 41, just south of the New Mexcio State Penetentary
Arrested: Hannah Haynes, 18-year-old female from Santa Fe N.M.
On 12-10-2011 at approximately 11:00pm a Santa Fe City Police Officer was traveling northbound on State Road 14, mile post 41 when a grey in color Buick LeSaber traveling southbound veered into the northbound lane, almost causing an accident with the Santa Fe City Police Officer. The City Police Officer conducted a traffic stop on the vehicle and contacted the driver, Ms. Haynes who was found to be intoxicated. The Sheriff's Office was called to the scene and subsequently arrested Ms. Haynes on the above charges. She was transported to the Hospital and submitted to a blood test, results are pending.

On the above date, complainant reports that at about 4:30 p.m. she observed her roommate get assaulted. Complainant stated that the suspect pulled out a black .22 cal. handgun and pointed it at the victim. The victim and the suspect left the area prior to Deputies arriving on scene, and they were unable to be located in the area. This case is pending further investigation.

On the above date, victim report that between at about 3:00 p.m. his acquaintance/suspect unlawfully gained entry into his sheds and removed the above stated items. Victim states that the suspect packed up and left the property. This case is pending further investigation.

On this date Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. The victim (73 year old male) was found unresponsive by family members. It was undetermined at this time what the exact cause of death was but appears to be of natural causes. There were no signs of foul play at the scene.

Suspect: Daniel Nieto Age: 31 Edgewood NM
Deputies responded to Domestic Dispute on Estrella Vista Dr. in Edgewood and discovered that Daniel Nieto had battered a household member causing minor injury. Nieto also damaged the cieling and floor tiles in the home. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

On December 9, 2011 at 8:21 PM Martin was operating the vehicle north at the location when he traveled straight in a mandatory right turn lane. Martin was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.
