On 11/8/11 victim stated that he received a statement from Office Depot advising him that he owes $1028.57 for purchases made. Victim stated that he received a credit card from Office Depot but has never used it. He stated that he attempted to look for the credit card and could not find it. He stated that he suspects his grandson for using the credit card. Victim stated that this has occurred since October 8, 2011 to October 13, 2011.

SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS TAKEN TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND THEN TAKEN TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED.

On 11/07/2011 at 8:02 PM Lewis failed to properly negotiate a left curve in the roadway, at which time she crashed into a guardrail. Lewis displayed signs of impairment, bloodshot watery eyes, slurred speech and an odor of an intoxicating beverage was emitting from her breath. Lewis admitted to consuming (1) Margarita around 8:00 PM with dinner. Lewis during the field sobriety tests displayed signs of impairment, at which time she was arrested and requested to submit to a legal blood draw. Lewis then verbally refused to submit to chemical testing. Lewis was also found in possession of several prescription medications, (1) of which Lorazepam she did have a valid prescription for.

On 11/7/11 suspect called 911 and stated that she was involved in a domestic dispute with her ex-boyfriend. Suspect stated that she went over to victim's residence to obtain some of her items. Suspect stated that they began to argue. Suspect admitted to throwing rocks at victim and had also scratched him. Deputies observed markings on the victim's neck. Suspect was then arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

A witness advised that she had seen a male subject about 5'8", 150 lbs, wearing a tan flannel hoodie. The vehicle is a 2005 Buell blue in color motorcycle. Estimated value of the vehicle is $5000.00.
