ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LOCATION, SUSPECT LOST CONTROLL OF HIS MOTOR VEHICLE AND CRASHED OFF OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECT THEN TOOK OFF RUNNING SOUTH ON HIGHWAY 599. WAS STOPPED BY DEPUTY AND FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE. SUSPECT WAS ARRESTED AND REFUSED BREATH & BLOOD TEST. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Deputy initiated a traffic stop with the vehicle after observing a traffic violation. Contact was made with the driver who displayed signs of impairment. Driver was administered sobriety tests and impairment was detected. Subject was arrested and refused to submit to chemical testing.

Deputies responded to a report of an unattended death. Deputies discovered a 47 year old male adult deceased outside of the residence. Medical investigator responded and found no signs of faul play. Case is under investigation.

CHARGES: ASSAULT OF A HOUSEHOLD MEMBER, AGGRAVATED DWI, BATTERY AND ASSAULT
ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DOMINICK DELGADO BECAME INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HIS WIFES LIVE IN UNCLE. SUSPECT AND WIFE, FAWN EAGLEDAY-DELGADO WERE INTOXICATED. WHILE SUSPECT WAS ASSAULTING VICTIM, FAWN ATTACKED HIS FRIEND AND BATTERED HIM. VICTIM CALLED 911 FOR HELP AND SUSPECT FLED THE AREA BUT THEN RETURNED A FEW MINUTES LATER. SUSPECT THEN LEFT AGAIN, BUT DEPUTY SPOTTED VEHICLE AND STOPPED IT. DOMINICK WAS ARRESTED FOR ASSAULT OF HOUSEHOLD MEMBER. FAWN WAS THE DRIVER AND SHE WAS ARRESTED FOR AGGRAVATED DWI, BATTERY AND ASSAULT. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Victim reported to Sheriff's Deputies of hearing a noise on the property. Victim stated that she went to investigate the noise and was confronted by an unknown male wearing all black and pointed a handgun at her. Victim stated the suspect did not say anything placing the gun in his shirt pocket and fleeing the area. Case is currently under investigation.
