CHARGES: 2 COUNTS OF ABUSE OF A CHILD AND AGGRAVATED DWI
ON THIS DATE DEPUTY WAS SENT TO ABOVE LISTED LOCATION DUE TO A MAN PASSED OUT IN HIS VEHICLE. DEPUTY ARRIVED AND LOCATED ABOVE LISTED SUSPECT PASSED OUT INSIDE OF HIS VEHICLE ON THE SHOULDER OF THE ROADWAY. SUSPECTS VEHICLE WAS ON AND IN GEAR AND SUSPECT HAD HIS FOOT ON BRAKE. INSIDE OF THE VEHICLE WAS TO CHILDREN (7 YOA AND 8 YOA) JUST SITTING THERE. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE THE SUSPECT HAD BEEN DRINKING AND TAKING MEDICATION. SUSPECT WAS TAKEN TO ST. VINCENTS HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT WHERE HE REFUSED A BLOOD TEST. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES.

Deputies responded to listed location in regards to a female being dragged into a home by the hair. Upon arrival, both parties involved denied any physical fighting. One of the parties, a 17 year old female was found to be under the Influence of alcoholic beverages and was currently on probation through the juvenile probation office. The female was placed under arrest and was transported to the Santa Fe County Youth Dianostic Center.

CHARGES: DWI, POSSESSION OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE AND POSSESSION OF DRUG PARAPHERNALIA
ON THIS DATE SUSPECT WENT TO TURN AROUND IN A DRIVEWAY WHEN SHE PASTED OUT AND HIT ANOTHER VEHICLE IN THE DRIVEWAY . SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE UNDER THE INFLUENCE OF A NARCOTIC AND WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS ALSO FOUND WITH PARAPHERNALIA AND A BAGGIE OF A CONTROLLED SUBSTANCE. VEHICLE WAS IMPOUNDED.

Location: residence off of Santa Fe County Road 84G, Santa Fe, NM
On 3/9/11 between the hours of 1100 and 1230 hours, unknown suspects gained entry to an unlocked shed and took miscellaneous power tools. Victim stated that he heard the dogs barking and did not look outside. Estimated value of items taken is $2,120.00. No damage to the shed.

Compainant reported that suspects entered building by prying open door and attempted in removing all the copper wiring from within the building. Suspects fled before being able to get all copper. Case is still under investigation.

Victim reported to Deputy a suspect gained entry into the residence by forced entry. Once inside the suspect stole an Xbox 360 console, 32" Insignia television, 3 video games, PSP game and a mens sweater. Case is under investigation.

On March 7, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to a medical assistance. Above victim stated she was recently battered by the suspect on March 5, 2011, causing her to be highly stressed, triggering her to have a seizure. Above victim was treated by medical personnel and revealed that above suspect caused the seizure. Above victim stated she has been receiving threatening/intimidating phone calls from the above suspect, due to a warrant out for his arrest.
