On 8-23-2010 at 10:52 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with an expired license plate. The suspect was unable to produce valid proof of insurance. It was learned that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by Sasnta Fe Municipal Judge Ann Yalman. During an inventory of the vehicle a folded $100.00 bill was located that contained a white powdery substance which tested positive for the presence of Cocaine.

On 8/23/10 a 1998 Ford was stopped for an equipment violation. During the course of contact it was found that the defendant had a revoked driver's license. The defendant was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The vehicle was seized and taken to the seizure lot.

On 8/23/10 victim stated to her mother that suspect put his hands inside her clothing and touched her genital area. Victim's mother stated that when she received the information she contacted law enforcement. The victim was sent over to the Rape Crisis Center. On 8/23/10 suspect was arrested after evidence showed he struck victim with a closed fist causing swelling and contusions to her nose and eyes. When contact was attempted with the suspect, he ran out the back door. After a lengthy foot pursuit by several deputies suspect was apprehended. Suspect also damaged victim's vehicle by breaking the mirror. Estimated damage amount is $200.00. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8/23/10 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was deteremined that the suspect attempted to enter the residence by breaking a door lock with a hammer but was unsuccessful. Suspect then removed a piece of wood from a window and gained entry. Suspect then stole an oil painting from the residence. Estimated value of the oil painting is $150.00. Estimated damage amount is $200.00. Suspects vehicle was located in the driveway and his tools were located inside the residence.

On 8/23/10 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to a reckless driver. Vehicle was located by a detective and was failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the suspect an odor of an intoxicated liquor was emenating from his person. The suspect showed several signs of impairment during SFST's. Suspect was arrested and read the NM Implied consent and agreed to submit to a breath test. Results were .07, .07.
