Subject was contacted by law enforcement after Deputies noticed that listed vehicle kept leaving the roadway and then emerging onto the roadway. Deputies contacted the driver who was found to be impaired. Sobriety tests were administered and subject was arrested and given a blood draw. Subject was taken to jail.

On 06/30/2011 a friend of the homeowner drove up to the house at approximately 2:00pm and observed a white male with black hair, wearing a white t-shirt and blue jeans attempting to enter the victim's residence through a window the suspect had removed the screen from. The suspect saw the friend of the victim driving up and ran off. The investigation is ongoing.

On the above date victim reported unknown suspect(s) stole three bank checks from her mail box sometime on June 6th2011. Victim stated that those checks were cashed and her account was charged for a total of $1,191.00. This case is pending further investigation.
