ON THIS DATE AT ABOVE LISTED LOCATION VICTIM CALLED TO REPORT THAT HER HUSBAND WAS INTOXICATED AND FIGHTING WITH HER. INVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT AND STARTED BREAKING THINGS INSIDE OF THE HOUSE, THEN WENT AFTER VICTIM. SHE REPORTED THAT SHE WAS SCARED OF WHAT HE WAS GOING TO DO AND CALLED FOR POLICE AFTER ANOTHER FAMILY MEMBER STOPPED HIM. SUSPECT THEN LEFT THE AREA. LATER ON SUSPECT WAS LOCATED WALKING ON AGUA FRIA AND TOOK OFF RUNNING FROM POLICE. SUSPECT FINALLY STOPPED BUT WOULD NOT COMPLY WITH DEPUTY AND STARTED ADVANCING ON DEPUTY WHEN TASER WAS DEPLOYED. SUSPECT WAS THEN TAKEN INTO CUSTODY AND AFTER TREATED FOR THE TASERING HE WAS ARRESTED ON ABOVE LISTED CHARGES AND TAKEN TO ADC AND BOOKED.

Arrested: Gerald Dixon, Age: 26, Santa Fe NM
Victim reported above listed suspect became upset with her and punched her several times in the face. Victim sustained injuries to her face and mouth. Suspect was located at the above location and arrested. Suspect was transported and booked accordingly into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Tuesday, June 28th, 2011 at approx. 1700hrs victim reported that suspect and victim were verbally arguing over a recent trip to a local store. During the argument suspect grabbed a chair in the kitchen and held it above his body threatening to strike the victim. Suspect was arrested without incident and booked into ADC.

Victim reported that sometime between 0600hrs on 06-27-2011 and 1600hrs on 06-28-2011 some unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into a tool shed. The shed is located at the rear of the property. Once inside the suspect(s) stole the above tools and fled the area. Case is under investigation.

Stolen: 2 wooden spools with 4/0 bare copper wire. Spool# 1 contained 700 feet of wire, spool #2 contained 800 feet of wire, totaling 1500 feet.
Between June 22nd2011 at approximately 5:00 pm, and June 28th 2011 at approximately 7:15 am, unknown person(s) cut the chain link fence on the northeast corner of the property and entered the property removing the above stated items. Suspects are pending further investigation.
Stolen items were valued at under $ 6622.00

On 06-27-2011 between 12:45pm and 12:47pm, someone took the above described vehicle while it was parked in front of the Los Alamos National Bank on Catron Street. The vehicle owner stated that he was inside the District Court for about twenty minutes and his vehicle was secured. The case is currently under investigation.
