On 2/28/11 deputy was dispatched to assist Pojoaque Tribal Police in reference to a drug case. Upon arrival contact was made with suspect who admitted to having cocaine in his possession. Suspect gave deputy the cocaine which was taken out of a briefcase. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Suspect: Megan Johnson, age 36, Dixon, NM
Charged: Aggravated DWI, Open Container, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer, Larceny
On 2/28/11 deputy was dispatched to the above location in reference to an intoxicated driver. Upon making contact with the suspect, an odor of an intoxicant was noticed coming from her breath. Suspect admitted to consuming two beers. SFST's were administered and she showed signs of impairment. Suspect was arrested and read the New Mexico Implied Consent in which she refused to submit to a breath test. During an inventory an open can of Negro Medelo beer was found in the vehicle. Suspect had slipped her hands out of the handcuffs and escaped from the unit and was found near her vehicle. She was placed back into custody. The deputy's handcuffs were thrown by the suspect and not located.

On the above date at the above location an unidentified Hispanic male 5'7" to 5'8", thin build with light skin entered the Rhoc Express showed a black in color handgun to the cashier and stole between $250.00 and $300.00 dollars. The cashier stated that the suspect pointed the handgun at her when she had refused to open the cash drawer. The suspect fled the scene on foot behind the Rhoc Express and the cashier activated the panic alarm. Suspect not located at this time.

ON THIS DATE VICTIM REPORTED THAT HE WAS HIT IN THE HEAD BY AN UNKNOWN MAN OVER TEN DOLLORS. VICTIM WAS INTOXICATED AND TRANSPORTED TO THE HOSPITAL FOR TREATMENT. CASE IS UNDER INVESITAGTION AT THIS TIME.

ON THIS DATE DEPUTY OBSERVED SUSPECT WEST BOUND ON AIRPORT ROAD WITH NO HEADLIGHT ON. WHEN DEPUTY ATTEMPTED TO STOP SUSPECT HE TOOK OFF TRYING TO GET AWAY FROM DEPUTY BY GOING TO HIS HOUSE. AFTER STOPPING SUSPECT TRYED TO RUN AWAY, BUT WAS STOPPED. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO BE INTOXICATED AND WAS ARRESTED. SUSPECT WAS FOUND TO HAVE A REVOKED DRIVER'S LICENSE AND HAD FIVE OTHER DWI ACTIONS ON HIS RECORD. SUSPECT WAS TRANSPORTED TO THE ADULT DETENTION CENTER AND BOOKED ON THE ABOVE LISTED CHARGES. THE VEHICLE WAS SEIZED AND TAKEN TO THE SHERIFF'S OFFICE.
