Suspect: Miguel Aragon Age:31 Pojoaque
Miguel Aragon was transported to Christus St. Vincent Hospital for intake into the sobering center due to his intoxicated state. Aragon spit saliva on to Sgt. M. Post while exiting patrol car and was charged with Misdemeanor Battery. He was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail without further incident.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for an equipment violation. Deputy contacted above listed suspect who was the driver. Deputy observed signs of impairment and conducted several tests. Deputy determined above suspect was impaired and placed above suspect under arrest. Above suspect was transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop after driver ran a stop light, and contacted the driver the above listed suspect. After conducting a drivers inquiry Deputy determined above listed suspect had a suspended/ revoked license with an arrest clause attached to the revocation. Deputy placed above listed suspect under arrest and booked him into the Santa Fe County Detention Center without incident.

Victim reported on 04/14/2011 between 12:00pm and 4:00pm unknown suspect's entered an abandon mobile home on his property through a rear door. Once inside they damaged several walls, windows, cabinets, the toilet, mirror and several doors. Victim estimated between $7,000 and $10,000 in damages. The invetsigation is ongoing.
