Deputies ersponded to activated burglar alarm. Upon arrival deputies discovered forced entry through front door. Initial investigation revealed that a television was taken. Case is under furtherinvestigation.

Caller reported that her boyfriend left her residence intoxicated driving a white Dodge Caravan. Vehicle was located on highway 14 near the I-25 underpass. Vehicle was observed swerving and was stopped. Contact with driver revealed that he was impaired and intoxicated. The driver was arrested for DWI.

On 12-12-10 the victim reported that sometime between 12-11-10 at 10:00pm and 12-12-10 at 6:45am, an unknown person(s) shattered the rear passenger window. Once inside the above items were taken. No suspect information is pending.

Victim reported that sometime between 2:00pm and 4:00pm on 12-12-10, someone entered her home, rummaged through items, and stole jewelry from inside. There were no signs of forced entry. No suspects or witnesses have been identified.

Martin Miller - age 28, Edgewood
Deputies responded to a burglary in progress at the above location and found the above individuals. The deputies found evidence that the said indivuals burglarized the residence and the individuals were placed under arrest and booked into ADC accordingly.

Damaged: 2006 black Hyundai Sonata
Victim reported that on this date sometime around 4:00am some unknown person shot a 9mm type weapon at the victim’s vehicle as it was parked in front of the victim’s residence. The damage was estimated to be about $1000.00.

On 12-11-10, I was dispatched to 2743 Aspen Loop in the Cotton Wood MHP.
Victim reported that on this date sometime between the hours of 9:00am and 5:30pm the above items had been taken from her residence. The suspect appeared to gain entry to the residence by prying the rear door open.
The above listed stolen items were valued at about $410.00
0210011923 Attempted Robery

Location: 6000 block of Vuelta Ventura, Santa Fe NM (Airport Rd area)
Victim reported that on this date at about 5:40pm he had made a delivery at the above address when he was attacked from behind by two or three unknown male suspects. The suspects held the victim on the ground and rummaged through his pockets however the Victim had concealed his money which was not found. The suspects then fled the area on foot towards Airport Road. Male suspects were wearing hooded sweatshirts which concealed their faces and black pants. The Victim did not receive any injuries during the incident.

On 12-12-10 it was reported that the above individual was involved in an argument with his family member. During the argument there was an altercation in which the family member received minor injuries. The above individual was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: 1pr gold/silver/turquoise earrings.
Victim reported that she has been looking for the above items since November 3, 2010, and believes that the items had been left inside her vehicle. Victim believes some unknown person entered her vehicle and stole the above listed items.
The items stolen were valued at about $1000.00
