Victim reports that he was supposed to receive a gem in the mail valued at $13350.00. According to postal records, the gem was delivered to his residence. Victim reports he never received it and believes someone stole the gem after it was delivered. Investigation into this matter is still ongoing.

Stolen: Xbox 360, Compaq laptop, 2 car stereos,

Victim reported on this date that sometime between 12:00noon and 2:30pm some unknown person unlawfully entered her residence by forcing open the kitchen window and stole the above listed items from within the living room area.

The above listed stolen items were valued at about $1250.00

Case Still under Investigation

Victim reported that they went to their home, which they use for storage. They found two male removing the above tub. The home was entered through a rear window. The suspects left the residence, prior to our arrival.

Location of Incident: Camino Chupadero (Tesuque) Santa Fe, NM 87506

Suspect: pending

Victim reported that on November 28, 2010 at approximately 6:00 a.m. she was awakened by a loud noise outside of her residence.  When she went outside to investigate she discovered that her 2006 Ford F-350 truck had been vandalized.  The victim estimated the cost to repair the damages to her vehicle at approximately $3000.00.  No suspect or witness information is available at this time. 


0210- 11336 /Warrant Arrest/ 12-1-10

Suspect: Marissa Montano  age 25

Charges:  Magistrate Court Warrant for Failure to pay fines

Contact was made with suspect on an unrelated call for service. It was determined that the suspect had an outstanding Magistrate Court Warrant. suspect was arrested without incident.


0210-11331/ Missing Person/ 12-1-10

Missing: Diane Crotty   age 46,  Last seen wearing black suede jacket, blue jeans, blue crochet hat, and white sneakers. Note: She is partially blind and walks with a cane

Last seen: Possibly at the Big Rock Casino Located in Espanola NM

Reporting person stated that her sister boarded a Blue Transit bus to the Big Rock Casino on 11-29-10 at 10:00am, She has not returned home. Sister stated that she did verify with the bus driver that she was dropped of at the Big Rock Casino and was possibly seen in the casino with a male,


0210-11333/Revoked License Arrest/ 12-1-10

Suspect: Jose Neveraz   age 46

Charges: Driving while license suspended or revoked, Speeding , Equipment violation

 

Driver was stopped for speeding and for a non-functional headlight. Upon contacting the driver he produced a revoked drivers license with an ignition interlock restriction. The vehicle the driver was operating did not have an interlock device. The driver was arrested and the vehicle was towed pending seizure.

Stolen: Pending

Victim reported that her residence has been vacant for the last three months as she was going to be selling it. She said that the home was last checked on Friday Nov 26th and all was well. Today at 4pm her maintenance man went by to check on the house and noticed that the front door had been forced open and the walls, mirrors, light fixtures were damaged and sprayed with graffiti. The damage was estimated to be about $3500.00

Deputy responded to activated alarm where home was secure. Homeowner arrived and unlocked door discovering a television missing.  Case is under investigation.

Location:  1000 block of Green Way, Santa Fe, NM (Fairway Village)

Victim resported that on 11/28/10 while at St. Vincent's Hospital, two credit/debit cards were taken from her vehicle by the person accompanying her to the hospital.  Suspect attempted to use victim #1 debit card at Walmart and the charge of $167.56 was then reversed.  Victim #1's card was returned to the vehicle. but victim 2's card was kept and used several times at different locations for a total amount of $414.25.  Victims believe suspect left the hospital and attempted the charge at Walmart while she was inside sleeping.  Case is still pending.
