On 05-12-10 deputies were dispatched to the Rancho Allegre area reference to a suspicious vehicle in the area with several occupants in it. Upon making contact with the vehicle and suspects, it was discovered that they had been driving around in the area stealing mail from mail boxes. The postal service was contacted and the suspects were placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Deputies made contact with the above subject, who was an occupant in a vehicle parked in a suspicious location behind a commercial building. During the contact, the subject was found in possession of apparent cocaine, heroin and prescription pills. He was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

On May 11, 2010, between 6:45am and 11:30pm, unidentified suspect(s) forced entry into a home by throwing a rock through a window. A computer, firearm, and about $300.00 in coin were stolen from inside. No suspects or witnesses were identified at the time of report.

On May 11, 2010, between 7:00am and 5:30pm, someone entered the victim's residence and stole a computer valued at about $1255.00. There was no signs of forced entry and the victim suspected someone he knew may have burglarized his residence.

On 5-11-2010 at 11:35 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the the location and failed to dim his headlamps upon the approach of on coming traffic. The suspect was found to be in possession of a glass type smoking device which contained suspected marijuana residue. The suspect was also found to be impaired by marijuana. The results of a Blood Test are pending. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.
