Victim: 86 year old male, Santa Fe, NM
On 10/8/10 between the hours of 1615 and 1640 the caretaker advised that she checked on victim in which he was unconcious and not breathing. Caretaker advised that they called 911 in which Santa Fe County Medic Unit 61 arrived in an attempt to revive victim with negative results. Victim did have a medical history. OMI arrived on scene and took over investigation. It appears no foul play was involved.

Charged: Possession of Marijuana With Intent to Distribute, DWI, Stop Sign Violation
On October 7, 2010 at 11:07 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location and failed to stop for a posted stop sign. The suspect was found to be under the influence of marijuana and a Bl;ood Test was administered. The results of which are pending. The suspect was also found to be in possession of marijuana along with packaging material for distribution.

On October 7, 2010, between 8:00 PM and 8:30 PM person(s) unknown, utilizing unknown means, damaged the vehicle while it was parked at a residence at the location. The damage consisted of scratches to the right rear quarter panel, both doors and hood.

On October 7, 2010, between 8:00 AM and 5:30 PM, person(s) unknown gained entry to a residence at the location by entering through the unlocked front door. Once entry was gained person(s) unknown removed cash, a lap top computer and three bracelets.

On 10/7/10 deputy was dispatched to above location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival it was determined that unknown persons gained entry through an unlocked side window. Unknown suspects stole misc. jewelry and a jewelry box. Estimated value of items taken is $11900.00. Victim stated that a neighbor had seen a male at about 0900 hours.

On 10/7/10 deputy was dispatched to Electronic Monitoring to serve a warrant on suspect. While suspect was being booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center several pills were located in suspects coin pocket. Suspect was charged, and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 10/7/10 deputy responded to above locationin reference to a burglary of a motor vehicle. Victim stated that this occurred between 1400 and 1600 hours. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry by breaking the passenger side window. Victim stated that unknown suspects stole a red purse, green wallet, debit cards, checkbook, Ipod, black leather jacket, and a light meter. Estimated value of items taken is $1100.00. Estimated damage amount is $300.00.

On 10/7/10 victim wanted to report a burglary which occurred on 10/3/10 at about 1930 hours. Victim stated that she had left her windows down and that unknown suspects entered her vehicle and opened the glove box. Victim stated that she noticed the items that were in her glove box on her seat. She stated that she did not notice anything missing. Victim stated that a witness had seen a white truck in the area.

On 10/7/10 deputies met with the victims in which they stated that they were up at the Overlook in Hyde Park walking their dog. Victims stated that when they returned to their vehicle they noticed that the passenger window to their vehicle was shattered. Victims stated that unknown persons took an Ipod, a leather purse containing a wallet, $200.00 cash, drivers license and a checkbook. Estimated value of items taken is $610.00.
