victim reported that an unknown suspect came to his door. Victim let suspect into his residence and sat down to talk. Suspect approached victim and placed him into a headlock and battered victim. Victim was tied up with tape and left by suspect. Suspect left after restraining victim. Criminal investigations notified and case is under investigation. Niece advised that victim suffers from Dementia.

Deputy observed above subject driving a motor vehicle failing to maintain lanes. Deputy observed signs of impairment being displayed from above subject. Deputy conducted tests and arrested above subject. Above subject had a breath alcohol content of .10 and .11. Deputy also discovered above subject had given alcoholic beverages to a minor. Above subject was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Above listed subject was involved in a Motor Vehicle Crash and left the scene without reporting incident. Deputy located subject at his residence and was found to be impaired. Subject was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

Location: State Road 14 Mile Marker 41
Suspect: Andrea Fowler, 27, Santa Fe
Charges: DWI/Failure to dim lights/Open container
Above suspect was operating her Kia Sorento on State Road 14 near mile marker 41. Fowler failed to dim her lights for oncoming traffic and was subsequently stopped. During the course of the traffic stop it was found that Fowler was under the influence of an intoxicant and had an open container in the vehicle. Fowler was arrested and transported to ADC without incident.

Location: residence off of Muscat Lane, Santa Fe, NM (off of Mutt Nelson)
On February 4, 2011 deputies were dispatched to the above address reference to fraud.
Victim stated she put a 1941 Chevrolet pickup for sale on e-bay. Victim advised she found a buyer, received a pay pal confirmation with a hold on it indictaing to send the above amount for shipping fees which would be returned once completed. Victim advised she sent the money and never received payment for the truck or the shipping fee. Suspect collected the money out of London England. Victim is out $1711.38 and has never received payment for the vehicle.

Deputies responded to Country Club Apartments in reference to a fight call. Deputies located an adult male vicim with a laceration to his head. Victim stated he was punched and kicked multiple times, injuries are not life threatening. Case is under investigation.

Deputy made contact with above listed person after failing to maintain lanes and speeding. Deputy observed signs of impairment and arrested the above listed person after conducting tests. Arrested person then submitted to a legal blood draw and was booked into the Santa Fe County Detention Center.

On 2-4-11 deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival victim stated that he was home and noticed a male standing on his back porch. He said that the male grabbed a black and red bag from his porch and left on foot towards the Anasazi Village apartments. The bag contained a Milwaukee tool set which includes 2 cordless drills, a 12" grinder, a Skil saw, and 2 Sawzall 18V batteries w/ charger. Estimated value of items taken is $700.00. Victim stated that the suspect got into a red in color Hyundai vehicle and left the area.
The victim did video tape the male and the video was placed into evidence.

Location: residence off of Calle de Carlota, Santa Fe, NM (La Cieneguilla)
On 2-4-11 deputy was dispatched to the above address. Upon my arrival victim stated that she left her home on Jan 1st and returned today at one fifteen to find her front door damaged and side doors wide open and the above items missing. Victim stated that a 20" flatscreen TV, a Nintendo DS, a Xbox 360, and 2 10" Magnum speakers were taken from within. Estimated value of items taken is $1720.00. Estimated damage amount is $500.00.

The above driver was stopped for failing to maintain his lane. Upon contact with the driver, he exhibited signs of intoxication and was placed under arrest. He submitted to a breath test and the results were .13 and .12. He was booked into ADC accordingly.
