Victim reported that her vehicle was broken into as it was parked along the Hyde Park Road. The door to her vehicle was left open. The victim stated that she had her purse and its contents taken.

Victim reported that her vehicle was damaged. The paint to her vehicle was damaged throughout the vehicle. This case is still under investigation.

Stolen: 27” Zenith TV, Wooden Jewelry box, Misc. Jewelry, valued at $1,000.

No Suspect Information

Victim reported that unknown persons entered the above victim’s residence by kicking in the front door. Once inside the unknown suspects took the above items. The burglary took place at some point between on September 24, 2010.

 


0210008097 Trafficking 9/25/10

Arrested: Julian Silva DOB: 5/25/1986 Charges: Trafficking, Distribution of Marijuana and Dispensing Prescription Drugs

Deputy stopped the above subject for a motor vehicle for a vehicle infraction. During the course of the stop, the deputy was able to detect the odor of marijuana. After a consented search of the vehicle several baggies of marijuana, cocaine and Viagra (No Prescription). Subject was arrested.

Victim that several armed men assaulted him and tried to fight with him. He said the male suspects were armed with a rake. No contact was made with the suspects. No one was injured in this incident
 


0210008096/Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/09-25-10

Victim reported that on 9-24-10 at approximately 10:00 p.m. her boyfriend asked to use her vehicle (brown, 1999 Oldsmobile Shlhouatte, bearing  NM license plate 631PXX).  Victim refused to allow her boyfriend to use her vehicle because he had been drinking and has a revoked drivers license.  Victim advised that at approximately 7:00 a.m. today (9-25-10) she woke up to discover that her boyfriend and her vehicle were gone from her residence.  Victim signed a stolen vehicle affidavit and the vehicle has been entered into NCIC.  No further information at this time.

Victim reported she heard several shots fired at around 2:30am. Deputies responded to the scene and were unable to find anyone in the area. They did however find a bullet lodged in the window frame. No witnesses or suspects were known at the time of report.

Charged:  Assault Upon a Peace Officer, Resisting or Obstructing an Officer,

                   Warrant - Failure to Appear, Warrant - Failure to Pay Fines

On September 24, 2010 at 2:52 AM deputies responded to a residence at the location due to a Family Dispute.  Upon arrival the suspect refused to comply with orders and threatened to strike a deputy.  There were two active Arrest Warrants for the suspect, both of which were issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

Charged:  Warrant - Failure to Pay Fines

On September 24, 2010 at 2:45 AM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle south at the location when he failed to stop for a posted stop sign.  Suspect #1's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.  Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and had a Breath Alcohol Content of .08 or greater.  Suspect #1 was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request and the vehicle's registration is expired.  Suspect #2, who was a passenger in the vehicle, had an active Arrest Warrant issued by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court.

On September 23, 2010 at 8:53 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle north at the location with non-operational tail lamps.  The suspect was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor and submitted to a Blood Alcohol Test, the results of which are pending.  The suspect has three or more prior DWI offenses.   The suspect's New Mexico Driver's License is revoked with the Arrest Clause attached.  The vehicle registration was expired and the suspect was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request.  There was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court for Failure to Appear.  The vehicle was seized in accordance with the Santa Fe County DWI Vehicle Forfieture Ordinance.
