Deputies stopped out with a stalled vehicle that was causing a traffic disruption. They made contact with Mr. Pacheco who was the driver of the vehicle. Upon an NCIC records check, it was learned that Mr. Pacheco's license was revoked due to a previous DWI. He was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

On October 3, 2026 at approximately 3:31 AM, Deputy Christopherson was dispatched to mile marker 17 on NM-14 in reference to a single vehicle rollover crash. Upon arrival, contact was made with the driver with signs of impairment were observed. The driver agreed to standardized field sobriety tests, where further signs of impairment were observed. The driver was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where she provided two breath samples resulting in 0.06g/210L and 0.06G/210L. The driver was then transported to Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where she was booked without further incident..

On 10/3/2026 Deputie were dispatched thto the above location in reference to a domestic disturbance.  Deputies made cpntact with Savannah Navarette who was determined to have an active warrant for Failure to Appear.  Original Offence was a traffic Offence.  Savanh was transported tothe Santa Fe Adult Detention Center wheree he was booked into jail.without further incident.

Suspects: Brianna Sais 47 YOF/Veronica Sais 51 YOF

On October 2, 2026 at approximately 10:00 PM, Deputies were dispatched to the above listed address in reference to an physical altercation. Upon arrival deputies learned a verbal argument began between the victim and the two suspects. Both suspect then became physical with the victim. Evidence of a battery was observed by Deputies on scene. Both suspects were placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where they were booked without further incident.

Stolen: Two Generators, Clothing, Wood Splitter

On Friday, October 2, 2026, deputies responded to the above area in reference to an after the fact burglary. Contact was made with the victim who advised an unknown person(s) gained unlawful entry into their residence by breaking a lock. Unknown suspects also entered a locked storage shed. After entering both buildings, suspects stole the above mentioned items. This case remains under investigation.

On Friday, October 2, 2026, deputies responded to the above location for a report of an after the fact burglary. Upon arrival, it was learned the victim was briefly away from his residence. The vicitm observed an unknown vehicle parked near their residence. They went to check on their residence and found an unknown person(s) had gained entry and stolen the above items. This occurred during the afternoon on today's date. This case remains under investigation.

Suspect: Norma Dominguez, 51YOF, Santa Fe, NM

On today’s date, deputies responded to the above address regarding a domestic dispute. Investigation revealed the suspect struck the victim in the head and assaulted the victim’s girlfriend. The suspect was arrested and booked into ADC without incident.

#35 Fireplace (Santa Fe Brewing Co), Santa Fe Area

Deputies responded to a vehicle vs. pedestrian at Santa Fe Brewing company. The above listed suspect struck a male employee with his vehicle and left the location. Deputies located the vehicle and the suspect nearby and he was arrested. The suspect is also being charged with battery against a peace officer, assault against a peace officer, resisting/evading/obstructing and leaving the scene of a crash involving injury.

On Thursday, October 1, 2026, deputies made contact with a victim who advsied they had their identity stolen. It was learned an unknown person contacted the victim and requested money to get a family member out of jail. The victim did not send any money, but did provide sensitive personal and banking information. This case remains under investigation.

Arrested: Branden Wilson, 27 YOM

On Thursday, October 1, 2026, deputies were patrolling the above area when a traffic stop was conducted. Contact was made with the driver, and it was found he had a bench warrant. After the warrant was confirmed to be valid, the driver was placed under arrest. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility, where he was booked accordingly and without incident.
