2025002200/ Battery on a household member

Suspect: R. Orozco age 48

Deputies were dispatched to the locaiton in reference to domestic disturance. Upon arrival Victim reported she was struck in the head by the suspect. Evidence and statments supported this allegation. Suspect was arrested and booked into ADC without further incident.

During an inventory of their art, reporting person discovered at least two pieces missing valued at $27,000.00. Case is under investigation. 


Case #2025002150&2151; // Warrant Arrest - 4/14/2025

Arrested: Patricia Flournoy (43 YO)

Deputes went to the residence in reference to a call for service. While on scene, it was determined the individual above had an active warrant for her arrest. The warrant was for failure to pay fines on the original charges of battery against a household member. She was arrested. 


Case# 2025002143 / Aggravated Assault with a Deadly Weapon/ 4-14-2025

Assigned: B. Wilson

Entering: Cpl. F. Hernandez 

Location: Pam Y Euilia Lane, Santa Fe NM 

Arrested: Adrian Garcia 

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a suspicious vehicle linked to stolen motor vehicle earlier in the day. Upon arrival contact was made with the reporting party who witnessed the vehicle and advised the suspect point a gun at her. The suspect was properly identified and apprehended, he was booked at the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Arrested: Diego Estrada 19 yoa male (Santa Fe)

Deputy was on patrol when he recognized a male who was wanted on a warrant. Subject was taken into custody and booked into SFADC without incident. 


Case #2025002140 - Driving While License Revoked - 4/13/2025

Arrested: Henry Quintana (48 YO)

While patrolling the area, Deputy ran a license plate and discovered the registered owner had a revoked drivers license. A traffic stop was initiated, and the driver was confirmed to have a revoked license due to a prior DUI. Driver was arrested. 


Case# 2025002125,26 DWI, Resisting, evading an officer, Warrant Arrest

Location: Rufina St./ Zafarano Dr. (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Carlos Aguirre 19 yoa male (Santa Fe)

At about 3:00 A.M., while traveling to a welfare check call on Henry Lynch Road, Deputy observed a Black F150 truck west bound on Rufina St. at 68 MPH. Deputy attempted to catch up to the vehicle to make a traffic stop but the vehicle had shut off its lights and fled at a high rate of speed. A short time later the vehicle was located parked at an address in front of Corrida De Agua. The subject admitted to driving and fleeing as he was scared. The male smelled of an intoxicating beverage and exhibited signs of impairment. Subject submitted to SFST's and showed several signs of impairment. He was arrested. He was also found to have an active warrant for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. He was booked accordingly. 


Case #2025002137 Burglary, Criminal Damage to Property

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) entered the residence and went through multiple rooms within the residence and took items. At this time there is no suspect information.
