Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a red Jeep. Deputies made contact with the driver of the vehicle. Upon an NCIC inquiry it was learned that the driver had a warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Deputies were on routine patrol in the area and observed people trespassing at a local business. Deputies made contact with a male. The male provided a name that was not his own. Deputies were able to find his real name after a brief investigation. The male admitted he was concealing his name due to an active warrant for his arrest. The male was arrested on the warrant. Upon a search incident to arrest a controlled substance was located on his person. He was booked into Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility on the new charges as well as the warrant.

Subject: Xavier Vigil 21 YOM
On 8/2/26, deputies responded to the above-listed address in reference to a reported fight. Upon arrival, deputies observed that both Xavier Vigil and Victim 15 YOM displayed signs of alcohol intoxication. Witnesses stated Xavier had purchased alcoholic beverages and provided them to Victim 15 YOM, who is a juvenile. Xavier was placed in handcuffs and secured in the rear passenger seat of Deputy Juan Flores' marked patrol unit. While detained, Xavier repeatedly struck the interior of the patrol unit with his foot, causing damage to the rear passenger door. Xavier was subsequently transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (ADC), where he was booked accordingly.

During the course of a traffic stop contact was made with the driver who had an active warrant for failure to appear. The driver was taken into custody and booked at SFADC without incident.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a female tresspassing. Deputies made contact with her and found that she had two outstanding warrants. One was for Possession of a controlled substance, Resisting Evading and Eluding, Bribery, Criminal Tresspass, and Disorderly Conduct. The other warrant was for Resisting, Evading and Eluding, and Littering. She was arrested on the outstanding warrants and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to a suspicious female knocking on doors. Deputies made contact with the female. She was found to have an outstanding warrant for her arrest. She was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.
Case #2026003997, 3999/ Possession of Stolen Firearm, Unlawful Carry of Firearm, Possession of a Controlled Substance, Warrant Arrest/ 8/1/26

Arrested- Dana La Monda (22 year old male/ Albuquerque)
Location- Interstate 25 at MM 267
Deputies were dispatched to I25 at MM 267 in reference to a possible domestic dispute. Upon arrival, deputies observed a male on the median of I25. A bulge consistent with a firearm was observed under his shirt, in his waistband. He was detained and a firearm was recovered. Upon checking the serial number of the firearm, it was found to be stolen out of APD. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant from the US Marshalls. While the suspect was being booked at the jail, corrections officers found a baggie containing narcotics inside a body cavity.

Location- 100 block of Avenida Ponderosa (Glorieta)
Deputies contacted Sabrina while on a trespassing call. She was found to have an outstanding warrant and she was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.

On the above date and time deputies observed the listed vehicle commit an a traffic infraction at the above location. The vehicle was stopped and the driver returned to be invalid revoked due to a prior DWI.The suspect was arrested on the listed charges and booked into Santa Fe County ADC without incident.

Subject: Juan Dominguez-Galaviz 38 YOM
On 7/31/26 Deputies were dispatched to the above-listed location after the reporting party contacted emergency services to report that a white pickup truck had entered their property and possibly crashed. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with the driver, later identified as Juan, and observed signs of impairment. Following their investigation, Juan was placed under arrest and charged with the offenses listed above. Juan was transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff’s Office, where he provided breath samples. He was subsequently transported to the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center, where he was booked accordingly.
