On 09-05-10 Deputies responded to the above address in reference to an unattended death. Upon arrival it was learned that the decedent suffered from a few medical conditions. Santa Fe County Med 80 arrived on scene, however, no life saving measures could be taken, The Office of the Medical Investigator was contacted. No signs of foul play were found and the incident appears to be natural causes. The decedent's next of kin was on scene at the time of the incident.

On 09-04-10 the victim reported he was involved in a dispute with his girlfriend. During the dispute the victim was struck in the head with a frying pan. The victim recieved a bump on his head. The victim stated he did not know why the suspect became angry with him. The victim was tranported to the hospital by ambulance for treatment. The suspect had not been located as of time of report.

Deputies were dispatched to Calle Nueva Vista on a suspicious Activity call. Deputies came across above suspect and through investigation discovered that he had sold stolen property to various neighbors. In addition to that recovered property several other items were recovered and connected to various prior burglaries. The suspect also had 6 bindles on his person that contained possible crack cocaine

The above driver was stopped for speeding and found to have an outstanding warrant. He was placed under arrest and additionaly found to be in possession of suspected cocaine. He was booked into ADC accordingly.

Victim: Roxanne Romero 29 Santa Cruz NM
Espanola police officer observed a grey in color chrysler 300 Traveling northbound on State Road 291 the vehicle was observed crossing over the fogline two times and the officer conducted a traffic stop near milepost #2 as officer began to exit his patrol unit the driver sped away at a high rate of speed traveling northbound on State Road 291. the officer gave chase but lost the vehicle after it ran a posted stop sign at the intersection with Fairview road and drove on the wrong side of the road passing a unknown vehicle. Officer discontinued the persuit but continued traveling northbound when he observed a large cloud of dust. the vehicle was located in the front yard of a residence where it had struck a gas meter and large pipe and 4 utility trailers. victim was pronounced at scene by Medical Investigator Carlos Gonzales. It was later determined that the vehicle was reported stolen out of Albuquerque in June 2010, and the victim had obsconded from adult probation.

On 09-02-10 the victim reported that sometime in the last four weeks unknown person(s) removed the above items from the residence. The victim had moved out and the bank was foreclosing on the property. The victim stated that he may have left the door to the residence unsecured when he moved out, do to the fact that no forced entry was found. A neighbor stated that he did see a red in color truck several times at the residence. The neighbor believed the vehicle to be a realtors truck. Suspect information is pending.
