Deputies responded to the above location regarding three persons forcing their way into the victim's apartment. The suspects kicked in the door and were armed with a knife and a baton. The entry was reportedly motivated by friction and jealousy between a boyfriend/girlfriend relationship. The suspects fled the area prior to law enforcement arrival. There were no injuries resulting from the entry and the investigation is still ongoing. The suspects reportedly also stole a China doll from the residence.

The suspect was unable to produce her driver's license or her proof of insurance.

On 6-25-2010 at 9:50 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle at the location. The suspect failed to stop for a red traffic control signal. The defendant concealed his identity. A check with the New Mexico Department of Motor Vehicles revealed no driver's license on file for the suspect.

Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance and learned that Richard Cordova Jr. had batered a household member causing minor injury. He fled the scene and was apprehended on I-25 milepost 289 near Eldorado. Cordova was booked without further incident.

Victim reported that on this date sometime between 8:00pm and 8:15pm she walked to her vehicle leaving her purse on the kitchen counter. Victim stated she returned inside and her purse was gone along with the above listed items valued at $21.00.
