Victim arrived home and found the suspect in his home rummaging through a closet. Various electronics and tools had already been gathered by suspect for theft. Suspect had entered home by force through window and once inside armed himself with a Large Bowie knife which he also intended to steal. Suspect was apprehended by deputies inside of the home and booked without incident.

On 05-10-10 Deputy responded to the above location in reference to a Drug Overdose. Upon making contact with Jail Staff, it was learned that the above individual was in possession of a brown substance. The substance was field tested positive as Heroin. The individual was charged accordingly.

on 05-08-10 Deputies responded to a fight in progress at the above location. Upon their arrival, it was learned that the above subject was involved in a physical altercation with another male. The above individual was found to be in possession of a folded one dollar bill, which contained a white powdery substance. The substance was field tested with a positive reaction for cocaine. The subject was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

On 05-09-2010 the above individual was stopped for no having working tail lamps. Upon running the license plate through dispatch it was learned that the vehicle had been reported stolen to the Santa Fe Police Dept. on 05-08-2010. Upon making contact with the driver he displayed signs of impairment. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
