Victim reported on this date sometime between 7:00am and 12:00noon some unknown person stole her above listed vehicle from her driveway. Victim believes the keys may have been left in the trunk. A stolen vehicle affidavit was signed and the vehicle was entered into NCIC. The vehicle was valued at about $19000.00

Victim: 50 year old female, Santa Fe, NM
On 8/30/10 at about 1806 hours, victim was found in bed by her husband. Victim was unconcious and not breathing. CPR was started and continued until paramedics arrived. Paramedics attended to the female for about 30 minutes and could not revive her. OMI was contacted and took over investigation. No foul play is suspected.

Arrested: Jose Rivera - age 44, Santa Fe, NM
Victims claimed the above suspect arrived at their residence with a handgun and threatened to kill them by pointing the gun at their heads. The suspect fled the area and was later located and apprehended by deputies at the suspect's residence. The suspect was booked into ADC.

Suspect: Jeffrey Horne - age 39, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to the above location regarding a domestic altercation. Victim reported that her ex-boyfriend violently attacked her and her current boyfriend by waiting until she returned home and then entering the residence to batter her. The suspect additionally battered neighbors that tried to assist the victim from the attack. The suspect fled the area and had not been located at the time of report. A warrant has been issued for the suspect's arrest.

The above defendant was encountered by virtue of a traffic stop. During the course of the vehicle stop deputies discovered the defendant was impaired and under the influence of intoxicating liquor.

Victim reported that unknown persons entered his home through an open bathroom window. Once inside the unknown suspects took the above items. The burglary took place at some point between on August 28, 2010.
