Victim reports that she was away from her home from 7:35am to 12:25pm on 8/11/10. When she returned she found several items missing from inside her home. There were no signs of forced entry and nothing else in the home was damaged or missing. No suspects or witnesses were identified at that time.

On 08-10-10 the victim proceeded to the above location for a massage. While getting the massage, the victim was sexually assaulted. The Criminal Investigations Division was notified of the incident and took over the investigation. The suspect at time of report was only identified by nickname.

Location: 3900 block of Camino Vista Verde, Santa Fe, NM (Vista Verde Subdivision)
On 8/11/10 between 0800 and 1525 hours victim stated that unknown persons burglarized her home. She stated that when she arrived home she noticed it was rummaged through. Victim stated that unknown persons gained entry through her bedroom window. Unknown persons bent a window screen and a curtain rod while gaining access into the residence. Unknown persons took a watch, a digital camera and a Playstation 3 with 2 controllers. Estimated value of items taken is about $5200.00. Unknown persons also damaged a wooden fence. Estimated damage amount is $110.00.

On 08-11-10 the victim arived at work to find the shed behind his business open. Upon further checking, it was found that the lock was cut off. The victim believes that the structure was entered, but it did not appear that anything was taken. Suspect information is pending at this time.

It was reported by the victim that someone stole $22,600.00 worth of jewelry from her residence. Victim stated that they moved in to community in January of this year and hid the jewelry in a safe place. When she went to get the jewelry it was gone. There were no signs of forced entry and there are no suspects at this time.

The above subject was placed under arrest for aggressive conduct towards a household member and threatening to batter the victim. The suspect was booked into ADC accordingly.

The above driver was stopped for operating her vehicle during dark hours without her headlights. During the traffic stop, the driver exhibited signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. She submitted to a breath test and the results were .23 and .23. She was booked into ADC accordingly.
