Charges: Assault against a household member, Criminal damage to property and Resisting or Obstructing an Officer

On 06-25-10 Deputies responded to the above location in reference to a domestic dispute. Upon arrival it was learned that the above suspect had been involved in a verbal argument with a family member. The victim stated that the above subject had thrown rocks at her as she was getting into her vehicle. The rocks struck the victims vehicle causing minor damage. When Deputies attempted to place the above subject under arrest he resisted and had to be physically restrained. He was transported to the Santa Fe County Jail and booked accordingly.

Location: Cerrillos Road and Jaguar Road (Santa Fe)

Arrested: Rafael Garcia age: 18

Charges: Driving While License is Suspended or Revoked, No Insurance, and Driving on Roadway Laned for Traffic

On 06-24-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a green in color Chevy Pickup, after the vehicle was observed failing to maintain it's lane of travel. During the stop it was learned that the driver's license was revoked with the arrest clause. The driver was also unable to provide proof of insurance. The driver was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.

Stolen: Various costume jewelry ranging from $40 to $200 each.

On the above date victim reported that unknown person entered his home through a rear door, which was not locked. Victim reported the above items were taken. The victim was a costume jewelry dealer. The victim stated that she will compile a list of stolen items at a later date. There are no suspects at this time.

Location: Estrada de Santiago

Stolen: 46’ inch television, 32’ television, Mac pro computer, Nikon Camera, Cartier watch, I Pod Touch and Painting drawn by an Elephant, Valued at $33,900.

On the above date victim reported that unknown person entered his home through a large doggie door. Victim reported the above items were taken. There is no suspects at this time.

The above female was arrested via two District Court Warrants. The warrants were served without incident.

Location:  residence off of Camino Demitrio, Santa Fe, NM (Eldorado)

On 6/24/10 between 0800 and 1200 hours victim left his residence and returned to find his residence burglarized.  Victim stated that suspects gained entry through a partially opened window in the master bedroom.  Victim stated that suspects took 2 handguns, 2 rifles, a 46" Sony flatscreen TV and 2 diamond rings.  Estimated value of items taken is $9,800.00.  There was no damage to the window.

Location:  1300 block of Vista Colorado, Santa Fe, NM (Off of Camino La Tierra)

On 6/24/10 deputy responded to an alarm check in which the key holder arrived on scene and discovered the front door damaged.  An interior check of the residence was conducted and a laptop computer was found missing.  Estimated value of the laptop is $1500.00.  Estimated damage amount is $2000.00.

Location:  residence off of Mutt Nelson, Santa Fe, NM (off of West Frontage Rd.)

On 6/24/10 victim stated that 2 years ago she was looking for a class ring and a dinner ring and could find them.  She stated that she also purchased a large quantity of clothing and stored them in her closet.  She stated that she began looking for the pants and could not locate them.  Victim stated that she has had several other items missing but have shown up later.  Estimated value of items taken is $1143.00.

Stolen: 2-12 inch Pioneer Speakers and 2 gold rings

Value: $150.00

On 06-23-10 the victim reported that between 12:00pm and 3:00pm, an unknown suspect entered his residence and stole the above items. Entry was gained by forcing open the front door with a pry tool. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charges:  D.W.I. Obedience to traffic control devices

On 06-24-10 a traffic stop was conducted on a maroon in color Chevy Blazer, after it was observed failing to stop at the above intersection. During the stop it was observed that the driver displayed signs of intoxication. The driver submitted to the Standardized Field Sobriety Test and was subsequently placed under arrest. The driver submitted to a breath test with a result of .11/.11 BrAC. The driver was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
