The Victim stated that she had her alarm set and the phone lines to the residence were found cut. The Victim stated the above listed items were stolen valued at about $101720.00

Total value of the items taken is $1,118.00. No suspect or witness information is available at this time.

On 8-23-2010 at 10:52 PM the suspect was operating the vehicle east at the location with an expired license plate. The suspect was unable to produce valid proof of insurance. It was learned that there was an active Arrest Warrant for the suspect issued by Sasnta Fe Municipal Judge Ann Yalman. During an inventory of the vehicle a folded $100.00 bill was located that contained a white powdery substance which tested positive for the presence of Cocaine.

Charged: Driving while license is suspended or revoked/ Equipment violation
On 8/23/10 a 1998 Ford was stopped for an equipment violation. During the course of contact it was found that the defendant had a revoked driver's license. The defendant was arrested and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center. The vehicle was seized and taken to the seizure lot.
