On 11/30/09 unknown suspects entered victim's residence by prying open front door. Suspects removed a Playstation 3, a DVD camcorder and 6 Playstation games from inside the residence. Estimated value of items taken is $1400.00. Evidence was located at the scene.

On 11/30/09 unknown suspects entered residence through an unlocked rear window. Suspects removed a Dell laptop, a Nintendo DS lite game system, 2 Nintendo DS games, $30.00 in quarters, and 6 Playstation games. Victim stated this occurred between 0530 and 1730 hours. No physical evidence was located at scene. Estimated value of items taken is $1000.00.

On 11/30/09 victim was dropped off in the vicinity of above location by the school bus, unknown suspect approached her in a black in color Sedan type vehicle and asked her several questions. Victim continued walking after answering his questions. Suspect yelled out to victim to wait and victim turned around and observed suspect approaching her. Suspect grabbed victim and threw her to the ground. Suspect then attempted to get on top of victim. Victim began to scream which got the attention of neighbors. Suspect released victim and fled the area. Victim is an 11 year old female. Negative contact with suspect.

Location: 4700 block of Agua Fria, Santa Fe, NM
On 11/30/09 at about 1744 hours, victim wanted to report that her mother's residence was broken into between 10/1/09 at 0800 hours and 11/30/09 at 1700 hours. Victim stated that unknown persons went into the residences and spray painted WSL13 on the walls inside and outside. Victim stated that unknown persons also cut a fence. Damage to walls is about $3000.00 and damage to fence is $150.00. Victim stated that an itemized list of items taken will be forwarded to our dept. Entry was gained through window that were boarded up.

Victim reported that she suspects her sons 26 year old friend, made unauthorized charges on her credit card, between 11-3-09 and 11-21-09. According to the victim the suspect paid his cellular phone bill with her credit card and purchased music from ITunes. Victim stated the suspect is in Artesia NM at this time.

On 11/29/09 deputies were dispatched to above location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that suspect punched victim in the face causing redness. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 11/28/09 victim reported that she and her husband were involved in a verbal argument. Victim stated that she asked suspect to leave for the night. Victim stated that suspect left the residence so she locked the front door. Victim stated that suspect wanted to come back into the residence and she refused to let him in so suspect kicked in the front door. Victim advised that she was afraid that suspect was going to hit her due to past domestic violence. Suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 11/29/09 victim and suspect were involved in a physical confrontation. During confrontation, suspect scratched victim's wrists. Suspect would not allow victim to leave residence. Suspect blocked doorway to residence. Victim stated that suspect has been violent in the past. Victim stated that she was in fear of violence so she ran to the back of the residence and jumped off the balcony to the ground below. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 11/29/09 victim reported between 11/28/09 at 1730 hours and today at 1500 hours unknown suspects gained entry by kicking in front door. Victim stated that she was also buglarized on 11/23/09. Victim stated that unknown suspects took a DVD player, a VCR, a purse containing a drivers license, an EBT card, 2 debit cards, checks, and a cell phone. Estimated damage to door and 52" TV is about $4100. Estimated amount of items taken is $409.00.

LOCATION: 100 BLOCK OF HAOZOUS ROAD, SANTA FE AREA
SUSPECT: PENDING
CHARGES: PENDING
ON THIS DATE VICTIM AND OTHER FAMILY MEMBERS REPORTED THAT VICTIM'S MOTHER HAD BEEN SLAPPING VICTIM AND PULLING HER HAIR, DUE TO AN ARGUMENT. VICTIM IS A 15 YOA FEMALE. VICTIM REPORTED THAT SHE WAS INVOLVED IN AN ARGUMENT WITH HER MOTHER AND SHE ATTACKED HER AND THEN TOLD HER NOT TO CONTACT LAW ENFORCEMENT TO REPORT IT. TWO OTHER FAMILEY MEMBERS STATED THAT SUSPECT HAD LEFT CHILD ALONE FOR TWO MONTHS WHILE SHE LIVED IN ANOTHER LOCATION WITH HER BOYFREIND. THEY ALSO REPORTED THAT THE HOUSE HAD NO FOOD AND WAS NOT LIVIABLE. iNVESTIGATION FOUND WHERE SUSPECT DID LIVE WITH HER BOYFREIND THE VICTIMS FATHER WAS THERE AT THE HOUSE. THE HOUSE WAS IN A LIVIABLE STATE AND THERE WAS FOOD. VICTIMS 18 YOA SISTER WAS ALSO THERE AT THE HOUSE AND STATED THAT SUSPECT DID ARGUE WITH VICTIM BUT THERE WAS NO FIGHT. VICTIMS STATEMENTS HAVE NOT BEEN FOUNDED AT THIS TIME AND CASE IS STILL UNDER INVESTIGATION.
