Suspect: 75 year old man, Santa Fe, NM
On 6/20/10 victim confronted the suspect who was cleaning out the acequias behind victim's residence. Victim stated that when he asked suspect what he was doing and suspect began cursing at him and at one point thrust the shovel he was using in the direction of the victim. Suspect stated that he is in charge of the acequias and was working on cleaning them and stated he never threatened anyone.

Deputy conducted traffic stop on I-25 for traffic lane violation. Passenger Benito Lovato concealed identity when being issued citation for seatbelt violation. Benito Lovato had an outstanding Bench Warrant for his arrest out of Bernalillo County and was arrested and booked into SF CO. Detention.

Deputies responded to domestic dispute on Calle Lazo Errante. Upon arrival deputies learned that Eddie Sanchez had battered a household member causing minor injury. Sanchez was booked into SF. CO. Detention without incident.

On 6-19-2010 at 5;42 AM the victim was located walking at the location after 9-1-1 calls had been received about a male staggering in the roadway. The suspect was found to have at least one stab wound to the torso. The victim stated that the vehicle had been taken from him at the location and he had been stabbed by an unidentified assailant. The vehicle was subsequently located in a parking lot in the Riverside Mobile Home Park. The victim was transported to Christus Saint Vincent Regional Medical Center were he was treated for non-life threatening injuries.

On 6/18/10, 2120hrs, Deputies were advided of a hit and run driver in a 2007 Pontiac Vibe, white in color. The driver/suspect struck 2 other vehicles, and fled the scene.Driver was located and was found to be intoxicated. Suspect was arrested, charged, and booked accordingly. Suspect was taken to hospital for blood draw, pending results. Suspects vehicle was SEIZED under County Ordinance.
