On 08-22-10 the victim attended church services at the above location. While attending services, an unknown suspect(s) broke the driver side passenger window on the victims vehicle. Once inside the suspect(s) removed the purses from underneath the back seat. While conducting the investigation it was learned that the suspect(s) had attempted to use one of the stolen credit cards at the Alsup's convenience store on Agua Fria and Morninng Drive. Suspect information is pending at this time.

Charged: Driving while license suspended/revoked,equipment violation, no Insutrance, Possession of Marijuana under 1oz Possession of Drug Paraphernalia.
Driver was observed traveling northbound on State Road 14 near milepost 44 with a rear broken taillamp. upon contact with driver it was discovered that the drivers license was revoked/suspended. upon arresting the driver a small amount of suspected Marijuana and a smoking devise were located.

Driver admitted to drinking. driver was administered field sobriety testr and showed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest. breath test was administered and the results were .06/.06

Suspects: Theresa Montoya Age: 40 Santa Fe, Christina Points Age: 23 Santa Fe
Deputies located stolen 1994 Toyota pick-up which was reported stolen on 8/20/10 by the Sant Fe Police Department. Montoya and Points were inside of the vehicle and confessed to taking the vehicle which was left with keys inside. Vehicle returned to owner.

Between 11:00 AM on 8-18-2010 and 8:45 PM on 8-20-2010 person(s) unknown utilizing unknown means gained entry to a residence at the location by by breaking a window. Once entry was gaine, person(s) unknown removed two TVs, a 30-06 caliber rifle, a 12 gauge shotgun, miscellaneous jewelry and $80.00 in cash.

On 08-19-10 the victim reported that someone had utilized her debit card to make purchases over the internet. The victim reported that she used the card at a local restaurant on 08-14-10. The victim was contacted by her bank in the afternoon of the 14th, questioning the use of the card for the internet purchases. The victim was still in possession of the card at the time of report. The victim believes that the cashier at the restaurant may have copied the card number and made the transactions. The case is currently under investigation.

On 08-18-10 the victim reported that on 08-16-10 at approximately 1:30pm a silver Hyundai Elantra pulled into the property and drove to the rear of the business. The vehicle returned at about 4:20pm, but could not drive to the back of the property because the gates were locked. On 08-17-10 the victim reported that he found that several rolls of wire had been stolen from the property. On 08-18-10 the vehicle returned but again could not access the rear of the business. The case is currently under investigation.
