Deputies responded to the above location regarding a reported assault with a handgun. Investigation showed there was reason to believe the above subject brandished a handgun in a threatening manner towards the victim while they were in two different vehicles driving on the roadway. The suspect was arrested and booked into ADC accordingly. The victim was uninjured in the event.

Celina Ronquillo was arrested for Abandonment or abuse of a child after leaving three infants in her vehicle unattended while she entered the jail to visit an inmate. She is also now incarcerated at the jail. The infants were released to a family member.

On 08-05-10 the above victim reported that he was contacted by Bank of America and advised that someone attempted to open an account with his name and date of birth. The victim also reported that an old address was utilized. The victim was unable to provide any suspect information at this time. It was reported that the suspect attempted to open the account online.

On above date victim reported that between Wednesday August 4, 2010 at 9:00pm and this date at 7:00am an unknown person(s) entered above vehicle taking an Emerson stereo. The unknown person(s) also entered a 1980 Chevrolet pickup gray in color bearing NM HXD379 gray and damaged an Interlock System that was installed in the vehicle while attempting to take it. No evidence was recovered.

On 08-04-2010 at approximately 11:30 p.m, a 47 year old male subject reported that while being given a ride home from a party by three male subjects in a blue chevy truck, they stopped at the above location to urinate. While doing so, one of the males hit him in the head with an aluminum bat and the other two male began to puch him. The victim was able to run away from the males and call for help. The victim sustained lacerations on his head and face and was transported by ambulance to St. Vincent hospital. No arrests have been made at this time.

On 8/1/10 suspect grabbed victim by the waist and pulled her towards him, while they were at work. Suspect proceeded to put his hand into victim's shorts touching her bottom genital region. Victim was able to get away from suspect before any further contact was made. Victim file a complaint with her supervisor. Contact was not made with the suspect.

Victim: 72 year old female, Cerrillos, NM
On 8/4/10 complainant stated she spoke with her mother (victim) at 0800 hours. Complainant stated the victim had been complaining of abdominal pain for the past few weeks and also leg pain. Complainant stated she attempted to reach her mother via phone at about 1000 hours with no success. Complainant stated she arrived at the residence at about 1400 hours and found victim lying in the driveway unresponsive. OMI arrived on scene and did an external examination of the body. No foul play is suspected or apparent. Victim was suffering from high blood pressure and pain in the abdomen.

Charges: Bench Warrant- Failure to Appear
On 08-04-10 contac was made with the above individual. Upon running his name throught NCIC, it was learned that he had an outstanding Bench Warrant. The warrant charged him with Failing to Appear on 05-10-10 in Magistrate Court. He was taken into custody without incident. The individual was booked into the Santa Fe County Jail accordingly.
