On 5/1/10 victim advised sometime between 0800 and 2100 on 4/30/10 unknown persons broke into his residence and stole a Sony flatscreen TV from within.  Forced entry was made through the side door.  Estimated value of the TV is $500.00.  Estimated damage amount is $200.00.

Location: Lower Firehouse Road, Santa Fe NM

Stolen: 1992 GMC pickup

Victim reported that upon returning home this evening he noticed his pickup truck in a ditch. Victim witnessed his ex--girlfriend exiting the vehicle. Victim also found his front door forced open. Victim refused to pursue criminal charges against suspect.

Victim reported that her ex-boyfriend forged two checks and had mutual friend cash the checks at The Bank of America in Espanola NM. The checks were cashed on 4/27/10 for the amounts of $40.00 and $25.00

Victim reported that on this date some unknown person(s) gained entry to the residence by prying open the rear sliding door. Victim stated that all that was missing from the house was a large wooden jewelry box with over 200 pieces of jewelry totaling approximately $5,500.00.

Suspect: Kyra King  Age: 50    Santa Fe

Victim reports that Kyra King has been calling victim which is in Violation of an order of protection victim had filed earlier in the month.  Evidence was obtained that she did violate the order and she was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect: Mary Fowler    age:49  Santa Fe

Deputies responded to a domestic dispute where they discovered Mary Fowler had battered a household member by striking the victim in the face and stabbing the victim in the leg.  None of the wounds were life threatening and the incident was reported one day after the event.  Fowler was booked for Felony Aggravated Battery against Household Member.

The above victim reported that her home was unlawfully entered their home by kicking in the front door. The above items were taken. There is no suspects at this time
