On 8-1-2010 at 8:41 PM deputies were dispatched to the location in response to a report of an impaired driver. The suspect was located with the vehicle. The susspect is suspected of being under the influence of cannibis. Blood Test results are pending. There was marijuana, scales and an open can of beer were located in the vehicle.

On this date at about 5:40pm Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a battery. Upon Deputies arrival the above subject was arrested after an altercation with a neighbor in which suspect assaulted, did about $800.00 worth of damage to the victims residence.

On this date at about 9:30am Deputies responded to the above address in reference to a death investigation. A 72 year old female was found by a family member not breathing and unresponsive. There were no signs of foul play at the residence

On 8/1/10 suspect was involved in an argument with victim at Mary's Bar in Cerrillos, NM. Suspect called victim a "rata" and brandished a knife threatening to kill her. Contact was made with suspect at his residence where he again brandished the knife. Suspect was taken down and arrested after a short scuffle. Suspect was arrested, transported and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.

On 8-1-2010 at 12:16 AM Suspect #1 was operating the vehicle west at the location making a turn. Suspect #1 accelerated, causing the vehicle to loose traction and almost strike another vehicle. Suspect #1 was found to be under the influence of an intoxicating liquor. Suspect #1 was unable to produce proof of insurance upon request. There were three open containers of Bud Light Beer in the center console. It was revealed that Suspect #1's driver's license is suspended. It was further revealed that there was an Arrest Warrant for Suspect #1 issued by the Santa Fe Municipal Court for Failure to Appear. It was also revealed that there was an active Arrest Warrant for Suspect #2, who was a pssenger in the vehicle, by the Santa Fe County Magistrate Court for Failure to Appear.
