Location: Valle Vista, Santa Fe, NM
Deputies responded to a domestic disturbance at the above location. Victim reported she went to her daughters house to pick up her car and her daughter tried to run her over. Victim was highly intoxicated and her statement was inconsistant. The daughter was interviewed and she denied the allegations. No witnesses were available and there was no other corroborating evidence. The report was referred to the District Attorney's Office for review.

Victim reports two of her jackets missing from her bedroom closet. She reports $1000.00 in cash was in one of the jackets. There were no signs of forced entry and no other items were disturbed or missing. Victim believes the suspect(s) entered through an open utility room window. No suspects are known at this time.

Victim reported that between 8:00am and 5:00pm on 7/26/2008 some unknown person(s) broke the east facing window to his residence and stole the above listed items valued between $1000.00 and $1200.00. This incident is currently under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.

Victim reported that since Jan 2008 she had been giving her son's girlfriend who lived with her $760.00 a month to pay the mortgage payment. Victim continued giving the money for several months until called from the mortgage company and notified that the payment had been showing up short several hundred dollars each month.

Item Stolen: White/Orange 2007 Bobcat tractor, model S250
Victim reported that sometime between 5:30pm on 7/28/08 and 6:30am on 7/29/08 some unknown person(s) stole his 2007 Bobcat valued at about 45000.00. The Bobcat was parked in the dirt of the Bosquecillo road construction site. The vheicle was driven to the road and loaded on to an unknown vehicle. This vehicle was entered into NCIC and the incident is currerntly under investigation by the Sheriff's Office.
