Arrested- Reynaldo Gelvez Quiroga (47 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle after observing the vehicle traveling at night with no headlights or tailights. When contact was made with the driver, signs of impairment were observed and DUI investigation began. Further signs of impairment were observed as well as the driver admitted to being intoxicated and driving. He was placed under arrest for DUI and transported to the Santa Fe County Sheriff's Office where he provided two breath samples resulting in BrAC of 0.28 g/210L and 0.29 g/210L. He was then transported to the the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center where he was booked on the charges.

Arrested- Darlene Montoya (42 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Deputies conducted an MVD records check on a license place and had a return for suspended registration and insurance. Deputies conducted a traffic stop and discovered the above was driving on a revoked drivers license for a previous DUI. She was also found to have an outstanding warrant. The driver was subsequently arrested and booked into SFADC.

Location- Camino La Tierra/ Headquarters Trail (Las Campanas)
Arrested- Robert Williams (70 year old male/ Weatherford, TX)
Deputies were dispatched to the area for a suspicious vehicle. The caller reported that a vehicle had gone off the road and the driver may be impaired. Upon arrival, deputies contacted Mr. Williams, whose truck was off the roadway in a ditch. Mr. Williams displayed signs of impairment. Following SFST's, he was arrested and refused to submit to a breath test. He was transported to the hospital and a search warrant was obtained for a blood draw. Following the blood draw, he was booked into the SF ADC.

Location: El Parasol (Pojoaque)
Arrested: Noe Manjarrez Villalba (25 YO)
Deputies responded to the location for a fight in progress. It was discovered one of the individuals involved had an active warrant for is arrest for failure to appear for a DUI. He was arrested and taken to the detention center.

Deputies were called out for a fight. All parties participated in fight and wanted to press charges. All parties were summonsed into court.

STOLEN: Two Electric Bicycles (valued at $9000)
The reporting party stated that on June 11, she returned to her residence at the above-listed address and observed that her electric bicycles were missing from the garage. Case is under investigation.

Arrested- Cristian Aguillon-Carbajal (22 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies were disptched to a residence in reference to a Domestic Disturbance. Deputies conducted an investigation and learned the incident started in the city and continued into the county. As a result of interviews and evidence gathering, the suspect was arrested, transported, and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center.
Case #2026003100/ Driving while license revoked, No Registration, No Proof of Insurance, Open Container/ 6/10/26

Arrested- Wilson Chavez Mendieta (25 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted Wilson on a traffic stop. He was found to have no registration, no proof of insurance, an open alcoholic beverage container, and was driving on a revoked license due to a previous DUI. He was arrested and later booked at the SF ADC.

Arrested- Gilbert Garcia( 47 year old male/ Santa Fe)
Deputies contacted Gilbert on a welfare check and he was found to have an outstanding warrant. He was arrested on the warrant and later booked at the SF ADC.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on an vehicle with expired registration/insurance. Driver had an interlock, but had a revoked license due to a prior DUI and no interlock license. Driver was arrested and booked at the detention facility.
