Deputies were dispatched to assist Pojoaque Police in reference to possible drunk driver. Upon arrival, investigation revealed the driver had consumed alcoholic beverages priort to driving. SFSTs were conducted and the subject was arrested. She provided breath samples above .20 BrAC. She was booked without incident.

Arrested: Suzette Sandoval 42 yoa female (Espanola)
Deputy was patrolling the area, when he observed Ms. Sandoval at the business. She had an active First Judicial District Court Warrant for failing to appear on drug trafficking, receiving/transferring of a stolen firearm charges. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the residence for a call for a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed the suspect battered her husband. She was arrested and taken to the detention facility.

Victim's reported between 4:37 p.m. on 11/8 and 7:53 a.m. on 11/9, suspect(s) broke a window and damaged a door handle to gain entry into the unoccupied residence. Evidence collected indicates a party occurred due to various alcohol beverage containers being identified and security footage recording multiple indivudals at the residence. A few bedroom items were reported as stolen.

Arrested: Ashley Garcia 36 Rio Rancho
At about 2:00 a.m., SFRECC began receiving multiple 911 calls about a vehicle driving the wrong way on Interstate 25 near the 288. At about the 280 Mile Post the vehicle was located and stopped. The driver admitted to drinking a "buzz ball" and advised that she was lost. She also believed she was in Moriarty. SFST's were conducted and several signs of impairment were noted. She was arrested and refused to provided a breath sample. She was booked into SFADC without incident.

Subject was identified during a traffic stop and found to have two active warrants for his arrest out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court and Santa Fe Municipal Court. He was arrested and booked without incident,

Deputies were dispatched to the residence due to the victims wife calling in advising her husband was unconscious. Life saving measures were performed, but unsuccessful. There were no signs of foul play.

Suspect: Harvey Arellano (40 YO)
Deputies responded to the address due to a structure fire. It was determined there were two points of origin for the fire inside the residence, and fire marshalls were called to investigate. Suspect was determined to be the one to light the fires. Later in the evening, Deputies got called back to the residence due to it being on fire again from the suspect returning. Case is currently under investigation.
