Location: 900 block of Old Las Vegas Hwy
Arrested: Deon Martinez 22 yoa male (Santa Fe) & Benjamin Lopez 22 yoa male (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched to a call for service where there were people refusing to leave the residence after a party. Deputies made contact with the above two males. They were escorted off the property and found to have active warrants for their arrest. Deon had a warrant for failing to appear out of Santa Fe Magistrate Court. Benjamin's warrant was for failing to comply with his probation from a DWI conviction out of Santa Fe municipal court. Both were booked into SFADC without incident.

Location: Estrada Calabasa
STOLEN: 16 Ft Trailer with 63 bales of hay
Deputies responded to the location and took a report for a stolen trailer that was loaded with 63 bales of hay. Video surveillance was located of the incident. Case is under investigation.

Arrested: Edward Garcia (39 YO)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a domestic disturbance. During the investigation it was discovered the suspect battered his wife, and several injuries were observed. Suspect was arrested and taken to the detention center.

Arrested- Miguel Del Cid Chamale (24 year old male/ Albuquerque)
Location- W Cochiti
Deputies were dispatched to a residence for a domestic dispute. Upon arrival, a vehicle was attempting to leave and was stopped. The driver displayed signs of impairment and was placed under arrest for DUI. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided a breath sample that was at or above a .16 BRAC. He was later booked at ADC.

Arrested- Brenda Gallegos (58 year old female/ Santa Fe)
Location- Cerrillos/ Camino Consuelo
Brenda was contacted after she was observed jay walking across Cerrillos Rd. She refused to provide her information and then resisted arrest. She was found to have two outstanding warrants. She was transported to the SF ADC where she was booked on the charges and warrants.
Case 2025005990/ Driving while license revoked, speeding/ 10-11-2025

Arrested: Adelina Martinez, 24 YOF
Deputies conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, she did not have her driver’s license but provided her information. Upon completing an MVD check, the female was found to be driving on a revoked driver’s license, DWI-related. She was arrested and booked into SFADC.

Location: 11 W Gutierrez St, Santa Fe County, NM
Deputies made contact with the subject during a welfare check call for service. The subject had an active warrant for her arrest out of the Santa Fe Magistrate Court for failure to appear on charges of expired registration. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.
Case# 2025005984 - D.U.I and Possession of a Controlled Substance - 10/11/25

Arrested: Jose Esquibel 48 YOM
Deputies located the subject parked on the roadway and asleep behind the steering wheel of the vehicle. Deputies conducted a D.U.I investigation and placed the subject under arrest. During the investigation the subject was found in possession of a controlled substance. The subject was transported and booked at SFADC.

Arrested: Bernie Trujillo 57 Male Santa Fe & Victoria Anaya 43 yoa female Santa Fe
Deputies recognized the wanted individuals walking west on Agua Fria. They were stopped and found to have active warrants for their arrests. Bernie had 3 warrant from the Santa Fe Municipal Court for various incidents. Victoria also had a municipal court warrant. Both subjects were arrested and booked into SFADC.

Subject was observed speeding and failing to maintain a single lane. He was found to be intoxicated and showed signs of impairment during SFSTs. He was arrested and submitted to a breath test. He provided samples of .16,.16 He was booked into SFADC.
