A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for failing to maintain its lane. Upon contact with the driver she displayed signs of impairment, and she was arrested for DUI. She was transported to the SFSO where she provided a breath sample that was over 0.16 BAC. She was later booked into the SF ADC.

Location: 4600-Blk Airport Rd, Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Aarica Martinez, 25 YOF
Deputies made contact with the subject during a traffic stop. The subject had three active warrants for her arrest. The warrants were for failure to appear on evidence of registration, no insurance, no driver's license, and battery on a HHM. The subject was arrested and booked into Santa Fe ADC without incident.

Arrested: Sammy Martinez, 67 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding a male who had hit a posted sign in the median and was lying down outside the vehicle. The male showed signs of impairment and admitted to drinking, as well as having an open container of alcohol in the driver's seat. The subject was unable to perform SFSTs and was arrested for DUI.
Case #2025005074 Larceny

Location: Calle Cascanela, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a possible burglary. Deputies were advised the reporting party was missing a ring valued at approximately $4,800. The reporting party advised she was out of town for a short period of time. When she returned home she observed her ring was missing. she believed it might have been her daughter due to no signs of forced entry, and her being in the residence while she was gone. This case is still under investigation.
Case #2025005062 Battery Against a Household Member

Summons: Cresenciano Sandoval, 52 YOA male, Santa Fe
Summons: Prairie Quintana, 50 YOA female, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Through their investigation, deputies learned both parties were arguing with each other. During the argument, both parties battered each other at different times throughout the incident. Based on the recommendation from the District Attorneys Office, both parties were summoned for battery against a household member. Both parties were separated for the evening.

Arrested: Ray Lievens, 35 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a welfare check. Upon arrival, Deputies learned the parties had been involved in a domestic disturbance. Deputies were advised the suspect choked the victim during the altercation. The suspect was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility.

Location: Country Club Rd / Camino Rojo Santa Fe, NM
Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and identified the driver as having a revoked driver's license due to a prior DWI arrest. He was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Victim reported unknown suspect(s) removed and stole the wheels from her vehicle. The incident occurred between August 27 and August 28. Case is under investigation.

Victim: 72 YOM
Victim reported he started working with a company to help get his own business started. Victim sent money on two separate occasions then communication suddenly stopped. He learned his credit card was later fraudulently charged after. Case is under investigation.
