Deputies responded to a call for service in reference to a domestic disturbance. The victim alleged Mr. Martinez kicked in her door and proceeded to physicaly abuse her. Evidence was identified that corroborated the victim's statement. Mr. Martinez was placed under arrest and booked accordingly.

Location: Rio Vista Run, Espanola, NM
Deceased: 38 YOM
On Monday, December 8, 2025, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a male who was found deceased. Upon arrival, the male was found to be beyond life-saving efforts. OMI was summoned to the scene. Based on the investigation, no foul play was located. This case remains under investigation.
Case #2025007131/Driving while License is Revoked/12-08-2025
Location: 17200 U.S. 84/285, Tesuque, NM
Arrested: Anthony Chacon, 20 YOM
On Monday, December 8, 2025, deputies responded to the above location to assist the Tesuque Pueblo Police Department with a non-native driver. Upon arrival, it was found the male driver had a revoked NM driver's license, due to a previous DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.

Location: 172 Mile Marker US 84/285, Santa Fe
Arrested: Anthony Chacon 20 YOA male, Albuquerque
Deputies responded to the location to assist Tesuque Tribal Police on a traffic stop with a non Native-American. Deputies arrived on scene and learned the driver was driving on a revoked license due to a previous DWI. The driver was arrested an booked into the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility accordingly.
Case #2025007131 Unattended Death

Decedent: 62 YOA male, Santa Fe
Deputies responded to the location in reference to a cardiac arrest. Deputies arrived on scene and located the male deceased and beyond life saving measures. OMI was contacted and responded to the scene to complete an investigation. No signs of foul play were observed. Next of kin was notified.

Inmate was found in possession of a white powdery susbstance. Narcotics were tested and subject was charged and rebooked into ADC with out incident.

Case #2025007114/Aggravated DWI/12-07-2025
Location: Ogo Wii Road, Pojoaque, NM
Arrested: Dominic Males, 23 YOM
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, deputies responded to the above area to assist with Pueblo of Pojoaque Police Department with a suspected impaired non-native driver. Upon arrival, deputies observed signs of impairment and the driver was placed under arrest. The driver declined to submit to chemical testing. The driver also had a revoked driver's license, from a previous DWI, and an active bench warrant. The driver was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility where he was booked accordingly and without incident.
Case #2025007113/Unlawful Taking of a Motor Vehicle/12-07-2025
Location: 300 Block of County Road 84, El Rancho, NM
Stolen: 2007 Mercedes E350, black in color, Bearing NM/BXDR50
On Sunday, December 7, 2025, deputies responded to the above area for a report of a stolen vehicle. On scene, deputies learned unknown suspect(s) stole the above vehicle between 8:00 am and 5:30 pm. Vehicle was entered into NCIC as stolen. This case remains under investigation.

On Sunday, December 7, 2025, deputies conducted a traffic stop at the above location for a traffic violation. Deputies made contact with the above driver, and it was found he had a revoked driver's license, due to a prior DWI. He was placed under arrest and transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility. There, he was booked accordingly and without incident.
