Location- Canada Del Rancho (Rancho Viejo)
Deputies were dispatched to a residence on Canada Del Rancho in reference to a missing person. The caller advised his friend has dementia and he has not heard from him in several days. Due to the dementia, the caller has the location of Mr. Sexton's phone. However, the phone last pinged in El Paso on 12/18, but now the phone's battery is dead or the phone is powered off. This is still an ongoing investigation, but Mr. Sexton was entered into NCIC, and NMSP was contacted to issue a Silver Alert.

Location- Nine Mile Rd (Santa Fe)
Deceased- 84 year old male (Santa Fe)
Deputies were dispatched in reference to an unresponsive male. Deputies and medics arrived and found an elderly male who was deceased from apparent natural causes. Nothing suspicious was observed, and OMI was called to the residence to investigate.

Arrested: Leonard Sandoval (34 YO)
Deputies were patrolling the area when a car was observed with individuals asleep inside. A welfare check was completed and the vehicle came back as stolen out of SFPD. Driver was arrested.

Arrested: Leandro B. Anaya 40 YOM
Deputies made contact with subject while investigating another crime. After confirming suspect's true identity it was learned he had two active warrants for parole violation and aggravated fleeing a law enforcment officer X2. Subject was served with his warrants and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Decedent: 99 YOF
Deputy responded to location in reference to an elderly female believed to be deceased. Once on scene and through investigation it was learned the decedent was recently suffering from a cold. Decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play were observed or suspected.

Deputy responded to location after receiving reports of people using drugs in the vehicle near the location. Upon arrival, deputies made contact with suspect who was located inside the vehicle. Through investigation, it was learned the vehicle was stolen early this morning out of Santa Fe. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail. Once at the jail, his true identity was learned and he had active warrant for his arrest. Addtional charges were filed for concealing identity. The vehicle was returned to the victim.

Arrested: Rios, Maricela 48 YOF
Deputy responded to location in reference to a domestic disturbance. Once on scene and through investigation, it was learned the victim and suspect got into an argument which escalated and turned physical when the suspect battered the victim. Suspect was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail.

Deputies were dispatched to the residence in reference to a domestic disturbance. Investigation revealed that suspect kept her mother inside of a bathroom and pushed her once she tried to leave. Suspect was arrested and charged accordingly.

Traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle. Contact was made with the driver who was identified and found to have active warrants for failure to appear on various traffic violations.

Driver was pulled over due to inability to maintain lane or speed. Contact was made and the driver admitted to drinking, and showed signs of impairment during field tests. Driver was arrested and blew 0.16 BAC.
