A traffic stop was initiated with a vehicle for an infraction. It was discovered Ms. Vasquez had an active arrest warrant. She was placed in custody and booked accordingly.

Location: 600 block Old Las Vegas Highway, Santa Fe

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a criminal damage. Deputies were advised unknown suspect(s) attempted to gain entry into a garage on the property, but failed to do so. The reporting party advised this has been an ongoing issue.

Case 2026001954/ Battery on a Peace Officer X2/ 4-7-2026

Arrested: Audra Taylor, 38 YOF 

Depities were summoned to the location in reference to a disorderly conduct and possible warrant service. Once arrived, deputies learned the subject became combative and kicked Tesuque Officers. Subject was arressted and booked at SFCADC without incident.

Deputies responded to the area in reference to a male found not consicous and not breathing. EMS was also called and tried life saving measures. The male was not able to be saved by EMS and OMI was called to the scene. During the investigtaion no signs of foul play was found


Case #2026001928/ Driving While License Revoked/ 4/6/26

Arrested- Toni Rae Martinez (28 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Toni was contacted by deputies on a traffic stop. She was found to be driving on a revoked driver's license and was arrested. She was later booked at the SF ADC.


Case#202600191915 / Burglary / 4-6-26

Assigned: C. Cullison 

Entering: Sgt. Hernandez 

Location: Entrada Del Rancho 

Deputies responded to the location in reference to a burglary. Upon arrival contact was made with the reporting party, who advised the construction site was burglarized sometime between Thursday April 2nd and today. The Reporting party advised multiple tools were stolen from the construction site and value approximately 4000.00 dollars. The case is currently under investigation.


Case #2026001912/ Battery on a Peace Officer/ 4/6/26

Assigned- Deputy M. Olivas

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- SF ADC

Arrested- Anita Rael (45 year old female/ Santa Fe)

Deputies were dispatched to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Center for a battery on a corrections officer. Deputies learned that the above suspect spit on a corrections officer while the CO was performing her duties. Video confirmed the statements provided and the suspect was re-booked into the facility.


Case #2026001907, 1908/ DUI, Open Container, Speeding, Warrant Arrest/ 4/5/26

Location- La Senda/ West Zia

Arrested- Louis Trujillo (46 year old male/ Santa Fe)

A traffic stop was conducted on a vehicle for speeding. Upon contact with the driver, he was holding an open beer and displayed signs of impairment. He was arrested for DUI. He was also found to have an outstanding warrant. He was transported to the SFSO where he provided breath samples, and was subsequently transported to the hospital where his blood was drawn. He was later booked at the SF ADC.


Case #2026001913/ Crossing at other than crosswalk, Concealing ID/ 4/6/26

Assigned- Deputy O. Przyojski

Entering- Corporal D. Moore

Location- Cerrillos/ 5th St

Arrested- Leandra Daniels (35 year old female/ Santa Fe)

On April 6, 2026, deputies observed the above vehicle walking in the roadway. Upon making contact with the female she refused to identify herself to be issued a citation. The female was later identified and and deputies learned she had numerous non-extraditable arrest warrants. The female was charged with concealing identity and crossing at other than crosswalks and booked into the Santa Fe Adult Detention Center (SFADC) without further incident.
