Deputies responded to location after receiving reports of a male not conscious or breathing. Upon arrival, paramedics were on scene and did not find signs of life. The decedent was beyond help. No signs of foul play observed or suspected. Cause of death appears to be from natural causes.

Deputy conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle and identified the driver as having his driving privileges revoked due to a prior DWI. Driver was placed under arrest, transported and booked into Santa Fe County Jail without incident.

Arrested: Clarence Vialpando, 45 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the area in reference to disorderly conduct. Upon arrival, investigation determined the above suspect had shown up at his mother’s house wanting money and had previously been trespassed. The suspect refused to leave when told to do so. While placing the offender under arrest he resisted being handcuffed. The suspect was taken into custody and booked without further incident.

Traffic stop was conducted on above individual. He gave a fake name which was discovered through investigation. Subject was found to have outstanding warrants and was charged for concealing identiy. He was booked.

Arrested: Anthony Maestas III, 41 YOM
Deputies observed a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lanes and attempted a traffic stop. The vehicle fled from deputies, and a pursuit was initiated. The vehicle eventually came to a stop at MM177 of US 84/285. Upon contact with the driver, signs of impairment were observed. The driver refused to conduct SFSTs and refused chemical testing. The driver was arrested and booked into the Santa Fe ADC.

Decedent: 45 YOM
Deputies were dispatched to the location regarding an overdose of a male who was not conscious, not breathing, and CPR was in progress. Medics arrived on the scene and performed lifesaving measures, but were unsuccessful. There were no signs of foul play, and OMI was contacted.

Location: Agua Fria Street / San Ysidro Crossing Santa Fe, NM
Arrested: Julian Colorado de Jesus Age: 53 Santa Fe, NM
Deputies were patrolling the area of Agua Fria near San Ysidro Crossing when they observed a vehicle come to an abrupt stop, skidding through the intersection. The vehicle was stopped and contact was made with the driver. The driver showed signs of impairment and sobriety tests were administered. The driver was arrested and he submitted to chemical testing. The results were .17, .16. The driver was booked into the jail.

Victim reported they lost access to their online banking accounts after a suspicious call from a "fraud department" on the evening of 6/6/25. Victim advised a total of $14,471.66 was taken out of his accounts. Investigation is ongoing.

Location- Interstate 25
Deputies initiated a pursuit on a vehicle that was driving with no lights on and swerving all over the roadway. The vehicle's tires were deflated during the pursuit and the driver eventually stopped. She was arrested for DUI and appeared to be under the influence of something other than alcohol. She refused to provide a blood sample and was booked at ADC.
