Suspect crashed into a vehicle and failed to stop he was located and it was learned that he was driving on a revoked drivers license with an arrest clause. The suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Stolen Vehicle: White, 2017 Shadow Slant Load Pro horse trailer
Deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to a stolen horse trailer. Contact was made with the owner who stated between the hours of 6:45 PM on Dec 26 and 7:00AM on Dec 27 an unknown suspect took the above described horse trailer without permission. This case remains an open investigation.

Damaged: window and vinyl skirting
Deputies responded to above location in reference to criminal damage to property. Sometime between 12-23-20 and 12-26-20, unknown suspect(s) damaged a rear bedroom window using a large brick. In addition, vinyl skirting surrounding the residence was also damaged. Case is under investigation.

Charges: Resisting, evading or obstructing an officer, reckless driving, leaving the scene of an accident, no registration, no insurance, open container
Deputies responded to above location in reference to above subject driving recklessly and being involved in a single vehicle accident. Above subject fled on foot after the crash and was later apprehended by NMSP. During the investigation, subject admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages and had slurred speech and blood shot watery eyes. In addition, subject had no registration, no insurance and an open container was located inside the vehicle. NM implied consent advisory was read, which he agreed to submit to a breath sample. Subject blew a .20,19 g/210L. Subject was charged and booked at ADC.

On Tuesday, December 22, 2020, deputies responded to the above location in reference to a motor vehicle crash. The reporting party advised he stopped out with the driver and the suspect struck him in the face and fled the scene. Deputies located the suspect and initiated a traffic stop. The suspected displayed signs of impairment and admitted to consuming alcoholic beverages. The suspect refused to submit to SFSTs and he was later arrested. The suspect also declined to submit to chemical testing. The suspect was transported to the Santa Fe County Adult Detention Facility and he was booked without incident.

On Tuesday, December 22nd, 2020, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing 59 year old female. Upon arrival, deputies and medical personnel attempted life-saving measures on the female. However, no signs of life were observed and OMI responded to the scene. OMI and deputies did not note anything suspicious about the female's death. This case remains under investigation.

On the above date deputies were dispatched to the above location in reference to an Larceny. The reporting party stated that the above suspect broke a window to her residence at stole her Jewelry. The suspect was located near the property and confessed to the crime. He was arrested and booked accordingly.

Suspect went to the residence of a family member where there was a Order of Protection in place prohibiting him from being on the property or near the petitioner. Deputies arrived at the location and the suspect was placed under arrest and booked into jail accordingly.
