Deputies responded to NM 14 in reference to a single vehicle rollover and the suspect vehicle fled the scene. During the investigation, the suspect was located south of the crash on private property. The suspect fled from the Deputy on the property and rammed a gate before coming to a stop. Suspect was arrested and booked accordingly.

Deputies were dispatched to a unconscious male. Life saving measures were attempted by the reporting person but they were not successful. There were no indications of criminal activity surrounding the death.

Arrested: Isaac Cruz, 32-year-old male from Mendenales N.M.
On 5-17-21 a traffic stop was conducted on Mr. Cruz's vehicle after he was observed on radar driving 92mph in a 55mph zone. It was discovered his driver's license was revoked. He was placed under arrest and booked into the Santa Fe County Jail.

On May 17, 2021, at about 1920 hours, Deputy Ficke stopped listed vehicle for traffic violations, during the investigation Mr. Chavez, and Ms. Rasmusson were found to be in possession of heroin and meth. They were booked.

On Sunday, May 16th, 2021 at about 7:50 pm, deputies responded to the above area in reference to a not conscious and not breathing female. Upon arrival, no signs of life were observed in the female. OMI was summoned to the scene. Deputies and OMI did not observe anything suspicious about the death and no signs of foul play were observed.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a burglary. Once on scene it was learned that an unknown suspect gained entry into a residence and stole tools, horse tac and art work. Case is under investigation.

Deputies were dispatched to the location in reference to a breaking and entering. Once on scene contact was made with the suspect and it was learned that he broke into the residence and was attempting to live at the location.

Deputies responded to above location in reference to a male subject not conscious and not breathing. Medics arrived on scene and found no signs of life. Deceased had medical issues and currently was ill. OMI arrived on scene and found no signs of foul play.
